Buy a new device, or upgrade by salvaging what still works. Since our home network is more ethernet based than wifi, and we still use our CD drive, SD card readers, and connect devices and peripherals through cables, we elected the upgrade, knowing it could be complicated. Everything turned out wonderfully, and I'm learning how to navigate and use the new features. The upgrade process had a hiccup, but Dr PC Fix came to the rescue by immediately and courteously resolving things, while displaying their superior customer satisfaction policy. Danny answered the phone and I asked what the cost would be and what time was best to drop off. He asked me what was going on and I explained my issue. He asked which steps I had taken to resolve the issue and suggested a possible fix to try before I brought it in.
