It was not attended to by the crew who are suppose to be overlooking these boats during their storage. Not to mention the boat was parked in tall grass and reeds so- hello mice. The open canvass allowed water to collect inside; and because the boat was not stored at the correct pitch - the drainage system which would normally be effective- was not, the water remained in the hull and ruined the carpet and various other areas. Then they threw someone elses folding chairs into our hull - NOT our chairs - which were in sleeves, infested with ants. That was another clean up for us to embrace on top of water damage. Upon leaving this wreck of a marina we noticed our canvass boat cover in their dumpster with garbage thrown on top of it. What an interesting decision to make on behalf of someone elses belongings. What part of this sounds like professional or we care about your business. Zero. One star is not what I would choose but ZERO stars is not an option. However ZERO dollars is what Strongs Marine will be getting in the future.

We had three tour guides that I saw and we felt very comfortable paddling down the river. The scenery was beautiful when we returned it was easy to jump out of kayak and leave to continue our evening. One odd thing was no tip jar at the dock or in the office we actually felt like we were forcing the tip in the girl. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge & honesty. Any questions that they couldn't immediately answer were answered by their mechanic & product specialist (I think his name was Mike). He explained all the differences, enhancements & safety features. Everyone at the shop made me feel very comfortable & important. They all genuinely cared about my needs & wants. We loved dancing on the boat, trying out the SUP board (included), basically chugging our BYOB drinks (no hard liquor allowed on board), taking pics lounging in the net, gawking at the yachts, and pretending the pool noodles were seahorses that we were riding. Bachelorette stuff! I think we had the Mon Mini boat, probably the smallest option. Included: one SUP board, bluetooth speaker, cooler, two pool noodles, the captain.

Our captain was very friendly and amazing with them (like a camp counselor- which us parents appreciated).
