First and foremost I want to thank all the staff. Everyone was so easy to work with and professional. Each time I had my vehicles repaired (Mercedes AMG and Mercedes GL 450) they came back looking better then they were when I purchased them. The expertise level and attention to detail was so perfect there's nothing I can say bad about this establishment. I live over an hour away and when I need any body work on my vehicles, I have my cars sent there. I don't care what insurance says (they ask me to use a closer body shop). These guys ROCK. These guys could not have made it easier to get my car repaired after I hit a deer. They repaired the damage from hitting the deer, repaired other dings and dents on the car, worked with my insurance company, and detailed the car. My friend who is in her 80's hit a protective pole in a mall when her foot accidently slipped off the brake and hit the gas. Her shoes were wet at the time. The air bags deployed,she was not hurt,and police had her car towed away. That tow was $400.The following day i went with her to get the car. I brought rope,tied up the front and took it to North Fork auto body. The manager,computed out the cost which was close to 4000. This was a 2004 Altima with low mileage and no collision coverage. The car was fixed in about a week or so and looked better than before.The young mechanic even fixed the driver door,that rattled from a prior door handle replacement. I think the work done was excellent and i strongly would recommend them if you ever need any body work. read more

My wife hit a deer with her car, and there was considerable front end damage, totaling almost $5,000.00. Along the lines of other reviews, Ralph and staff were great to work with, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the car really did come out looking brand new. You cannot tell that there was such extensive damage. They detailed the car inside and out, and that service was not charged on the invoice.
