Could be weeks! Meanwhile I have no car? My insurance does not include a rental car and has a large deductible. I'm a pensioner and all I was doing was putting gas in my car when it happened and all I am asking for now is an ESTIMATE of what it would cost to repair. And they're refusing. They couldn't care less. The insurance company is recommending these clowns. It may just be this particular branch, but more heartless and uncaring is hard to imagine.
