Yup they got that and professionalism- Yup- honest!! yes I said that.. They went above and beyond- made excellent recommendations AND were much cheaper than the other tint person I used with a MUCH better result. when you love what you do.. you can make great suggestions- I go to car shows, love the life and appreciate having a second opinion I can trust. When I called Dan had me bring in the car, the estimate was unexpectedly reasonable and was approved the next day. Dan ordered the parts and the car was repaired in two days - with free buffing of some scratches unrelated to the repair. Baron Honda highly recommended Schubert's when I called them...I had two bad experiences with shop repairs in the past; one shop replaced fender and door panels [big deer's antler caught in my side view mirror and slammed in the whole side of the car]. After repair the fender kept popping off and I had to keep bringing it back to have it tacked together. He hassled with the insurance adjuster for more money and went cheap ordering parts as the original joining bracket was not replaced [as per # 2 shop auto mechanic]. This other shop took my car apart and ordered parts and I had to rent a car for more than a week while it sat in the shop waiting for parts. The rental agent had an office in the shop.

Al advised me, because of the cold and windy weather, to come to the shop for the install. He sent a video confirming the replacement product was in the shop and in pristine condition before I headed over. Professional team installed while I waited. Having driven my 2017 Mustang GT with micro-pitting and some delamination for the past 2 years visibility in direct sunlight or with approaching headlights was horrible. First impression after install, driving home into the setting sun, I was blown away by the clarity, like having a new pair of eyeglasses! Install looks perfect and seal is great, noted no more morning interior condensation, airtight, silent, and no leakage in a driving rain. Al and his team were personable, skilled, and professional and this family owned small business is highly recommended should you need their services!

If I could give more stars I would. Chris Barba exceeded all expectations this weekend when I…read morebrought my car, my mom's, and my husbands cars in to get our car seat installed. To begin, we had a car seat/ stroller that was given to us by a well meaning friend. Upon review of it, Chris immediately said that it did not meet current safety guidelines and suggested that we cut the straps and throw it out, which we did just that! I already felt safer knowing that he was knowledgeable about the most recent recalls and safety measures. Then, with patience, he installed our new car seat and bases in each of our vehicles, at no charge, and gave us a FULL education about the seat itself, how to use it, and so much more information that I never would have expected to learn. Chris is the authority on car seat installs and I would never go ANYWHERE else. I have already recommended him to all my friends and family who are expecting. A+++++++ for the service at Continental.
