So after a quick search, I called the shop ahead of time and the lady on the phone was very personable and confirmed that they indeed do sell garlic ice cream, but they keep it in the back room so we would have to specifically request it, and no free samples. This was all fine and well for us, and I was looking forward to meeting her after our friendly chat. Unfortunately, our ice cream server was not the same person I spoke with over the phone, but a younger male who was honestly quite rude to us. He was not very helpful when answering questions about the flavors and looked annoyed that he would have to go to the back when we asked to purchase a scoop of garlic ice cream. On the plus side, the vibe of the parlor was very cool and old-timey, a perfect fit for the surrounding downtown area. Garlic ice cream: Very garlicky but also satisfyingly sweet enough to not be overwhelming. Glad to have tried it once. Irish chip ice cream: Coffee ice cream with chips that wasn't too sweet as most classic ice cream parlors are. Waffle cone was standard, unfortunately not fresh.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the service was very speedy, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a danish, and both were so good. I'll definitely be returning again! The inside had a rustic feel and also featured a cute little area with small gifts for purchase. I ended up buying two stickers while I was there. They also offer seating both inside and outside, and parking was easy to find, which made the visit even better.

Gave it a 4/5 because I'd rather have mediocre coffee that gets the job done than watch a fleet of baristas who couldn't bother to spread some morning levity via a smile. Especially the very serious natured cashier on a Sunday morning. The mood was palpable behind the coffee bar. I'm not a never say never, because despite the muted service, giving off vibes, the Carmel bourbon latte w oat milk was on the grail scale of coffees. Mr. E said his cold brew tasted like water. The mocha was good. Their dulce de leche is one I'd like to try if we ever go back... but that may be a minute. Do or don't- it may have been a fluke morning. Do recommend the Carmel bourbon latte.

They need to…read morehire extra staff or schedule someone to work an extra shift for those times it gets really busy. The location itself is a little small so there's not much room for sitting down to eat. Plus the line pretty much runs throughout the length of the store so if you did sit down to eat, expect for someone to always be standing near your table while you eat. The ice cream is standard Baskin Robins Ice Cream. It isn't made in the location so it's pretty much the same wherever you go. I didn't have a smoothie or banana sundae so I can't speak to the quality of those dishes. There were only three people working there when we went but they were all working fast to get the orders fulfilled. Some reviews have mentioned the age as a negative factor. I don't think having younger people work is any issue. There was one interesting thing. No employee was wearing a uniform or name tag and each employee had an AirPod in one ear. Some people might find that unprofessional, but it's Baskin Robins not the French Laundry. Overall pretty solid location. Only 4 stars cause the floor was a little dirty and the wait time.

They told him there wasn't any in the case and they would have to pack it and then proceeded to charge him the "hand-pack" price of $21.99 per quart vs. the $10.00 per quart for the pre-packed. Further when we opened the ice cream at home it was only half full. $51.00 for 2 quarts of ice cream. We will never frequent this store again and I suggest you do the same.

Somewhat wrong decision and kind of regret not going further out. The boba didn't really had any taste to it, kinda of chewy but was a hard chewy idk, it didn't please me at all. Onto the drinks; Kids got the Oreo milkshakes which were good, they liked it. It wasn't pure Oreos, you can taste like a chocolate powder was added. Our friend got the mint chocolate chip milk shake and he said it was ok and that it somewhat tasted like Starbucks lol Myself got the Thai milk tea and I didn't like it at all. It was watery tasting, not milky at all. Asked for less ice but they gave me no ice. It's the worst Thai milk tea I've ever had. Hubby got a jasmine milk tea which didn't tasted like jasmine, more like a rose milk tea instead. He's an avid jasmine milk tea guy so he knows what he's tasting. And lastly, the parking lot seemed kind of ghetto with homeless guy sitting right in front near the store the time we went.
