So when I noticed this horrible zit & shaving mishap on my way to a wedding, Juliana left her cashier station to walk me over to the cosmetic section to help me find not only the right concealer--but the correct color and hue! She held up product after product to my face to make sure it would do the job. This is what customer service is all about--and not just customer service but being a quality human being and member of the community. CVS, you have a star in Juliana

The other seemed completely unaware of how to interpret the shipping label at all. I informed them the labels were generated on the FedEx website and were correct and that I had made similar shipments in the past without issue from that location. The first associate rudely responded that I needed to leave with my packages and find another location. I left and traveled to the FedEx full service location in Northford Ct. There, they informed me that everything was in order, handed me a receipt and wished me a good day! I recommend avoiding this Walgreens for shipping FedEx packages. It's worth an extra few minutes of driving to find knowledgeable friendly service.
