One call to Don at Mirabito and I immediately felt like I was talking with an old friend. At no point did we feel like we were being pushed or sold. Don seemed genuinely concerned about our situation. Then went above and beyond to get a team of techs who really knew their stuff to come right out and get us back up and running. They were fast, clean and professional. Everyone we dealt with there treated us like we'd been customers forever. Which we now will be! Automatic deliveries have always been on time. During the unprecedented blizzard a few years ago when our long, curvy and hilly driveway looked like a luge track and no way a large oil truck could navigate our driveway, Mirabito brought oil in a small truck to fill our tank. So, when it was time for us to replace our 26+ year old furnace and oil tank, we went directly to Mirabito (they also did a great job a few years ago installing a new air conditioning unit when ours failed). The sales representative, Corey Johnson, for years was a technician who in fact had serviced our furnace many times, so he possessed the technical knowledge to clearly explain in layperson's terms all options so that we could select the right tank and furnace/boiler for our needs. The install was scheduled for a two day period a few weeks after our meeting. The installers, Jason, Nate, Jeff & Jay, arrived on time and did a very professional installation of the new oil tank, furnace and upgraded thermometers in the anticipated time frame. We barely knew they were even here other than the trucks in our driveway. Everything is up and running beautifully. I would definitely recommend Mirabito Portland CT for your installation needs! Don't wait until you have a failure on your old equipment to think about updating your old systems.

He has a real issue with white people. He always gives me an attitude before I even say anything. I've observed this behavior with other white patrons as well. I brought a FedEx shipment of three packages to this location for pickup by FedEx. The other seemed completely unaware of how to interpret the shipping label at all. I informed them the labels were generated on the FedEx website and were correct and that I had made similar shipments in the past without issue from that location. The first associate rudely responded that I needed to leave with my packages and find another location. I left and traveled to the FedEx full service location in Northford Ct. There, they informed me that everything was in order, handed me a receipt and wished me a good day! I recommend avoiding this Walgreens for shipping FedEx packages. It's worth an extra few minutes of driving to find knowledgeable friendly service.
