The bad news was they were small. The worse news they were the best Chicken I've had in Grand Rapids. They have something call crack spice on it and it is definitely crack and it is addicting. The chicken was absolutely perfectly fryed. I could have eaten a lot more than the wings I had. The batter itself is very tasty too. The spice goes perfectly with their fries too. There's nothing special about the fries themselves but add the crack and they are crack. Lastly I had their blue Koolaid and it was delicious too. The service was a little weird. The cook kept answering my questions from back in the kitchen, but she spoke softly and I could barely hear her. Apparently the cashier overcharged me and they offered to refund that, so they are honest. Everyone was friendly though. It takes about 20 minutes to cook, so beware. Overall a little strange but the food is definitely worth a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely.

I am a simple lady and love a good twist cone with sprinkles and their soft serve is just superb. I have been to most of the ice cream joints in/around town and I have often run into the issue of the soft serve being TOO soft and melting quickly. I don't know what they are doing, but their soft serve is always so creamy and firm. It's a hit every time and we will literally drive past other spots to go here when we want ice cream. There is quite a bit of seating if you choose to stay there, way more than others in the area. The staff are always polite and helpful. I've never had a miss here!

It seemed pretty popular as a couple of people had placed orders before me and were waiting for their food and then they were a few people after me as well. It does take a while for you to get your food, though. I was willing to wait. They did mess up my order and gave me a barbecue chicken wrap instead of a buffalo chicken wrap that I ordered. I feel like this may have thrown them off maybe not but my chicken was way over sauced it really took away from the flavor of the chicken itself and I'm pretty sure I don't even know if there was any blue cheese because all I could taste with sauce. The jalapeño poppers were meh and they didn't really have a special sauce that comes with them. I am surprised they didn't do anything to make up for messing my order and making me wait longer. I may give them another shot but will have to request that they only put a little sauce or on the side.

If I can get a whole rotisserie chicken at Costco for $5, then why does it cost $17 for 3 little tenders and 6 boneless wings? I understand that the restaurant industry is tough right now and ingredients/labor aren't cheap, but by virtue of the price alone I'm not sure if Wing Kingz will become a regular spot for me. Price aside, the flavor was phenomenal. The seasoning station is truly a thing of beauty. And the woman behind the counter was kind and courteous. All in all, a great spot for some great chicken.
