Came across this restaurant while driving through Ohio and was not disappointed. It's definitely a family owned business, and when we went in at 9pm they still gladly served us even though they were closing at 9:30. We ordered two dinner bento boxes, which were very substantial and filling. One of the best looking and tasty bento boxes I have ever had. Started off with some Miso soup. They had tempura, sushi, fried dumplings, and your main course win rice (I had salmon teriyaki and my mom had the pork katsu). Of course there also was the orange slices to finish the meal. I absolutely love this place for take out!! You get so much DELICIOUS food for a reasonable price, the staff is friendly, and they run incredible specials! We have ordered the chicken Hibatchi, Hibatchi noodles, and various sushi rolls on multiple occasions. This has become one of our most frequented runs when we don't feel like cooking. We have never eaten in dining area, because we always get take out from the drive through. It seems to be family owned, which is a plus! It's so easy to order on the Beyond Menu app, too! This restaurant competes with Sawa and Mizzu. The guy who works there is great, very funny. Also it has Chinese food that is very high quality for this area. Their food here is amazing! Costumer service is amazing as well too! I get the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice every time I go, and it is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend going their if you enjoy eating egg rolls! their egg rolls are the best thing I have had in a while! Ok restaurant. I thought with all the 5 star reviews that this place was going to be great but it was just so so. The rolls were smaller than I'm used to. My friend had the habachi and she said it was just ok. We're here from out of town but even if I lived here I don't think I'd go much. Tried the Hanami Express after driving past it for a long while. I am glad we did! My daughter and I stopped on a whim after reading some of the reviews. First impression was a very nice, decor and a comfortable space. We ordered hibachi steak and several sushi rolls. My daughter really enjoyed her hibachi. She's very particular and said it tasted very good! She ate nearly the entire plate! I had spicy salmon, Philadelphia roll, and shrimp tempura roll! All three were excellent! I also had tempura vegetables. These came out early before the meal and find perfectly. We ordered the crazy roll, ocean roll, rocky roll, crab Rangoon, and volcano roll. All were wonderful but the crazy roll was definitely our favorite. Went here with my coworkers on a Sunday night after work. We opted to do the Hibachi menu. We had great service. They took our orders quickly and were very friendly.Everything was cooked perfectly; nothing burnt and nothing underdone. We're all leaving with happy & full bellies...and some leftovers for later! And it's not expensive at all for $9 bucks habachi chicken. They also have chinese food which is amazing. Good job! read more

First off... Don't let the appearance of the outside scare you, the inside is totally remodeled and very nice. My wife and I had the chicken and steak hibachi dinners. They were good. Our only complaints would be that the rice is not fried, it is steamed. and they charged us extra for a little side of the shrimp (yummy) sauce. With those being the only issues... we will be sure to come back. read more

I'm so not understanding all the good reviews here. My friend and I ate lunch here on Monday. Service was just OK. The place could be cleaner and just overall drab looking. Ordered the Hibachi Combo of chicken and scallops. My food came out before hers. So I had to sit and wait. The fried rice was not freshly cooked. The broccoli was raw. The sauce was watery. The chicken was tough, overcooked and chewy and so were my scallops with no flavor. Definitely not worth the $15.85 I paid for it. This was NOT true hibachi and the worst I've ever had. Oh and not once did anyone offer to fill up our waters. Won't be back. Highly disappointed. And no, it was not busy there were only two other patrons in there at the time. read more

I wish I could give less than one star to express how disappointed I was with this restaurant last night. We arrived on a Friday night at 6 pm, there was one table of 7 there in addition to our party of 3. We placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited. We waited as the entire restaurant filled up. We watched multiple tables get their entrees before our soup was even brought out. We watched our waiter sit near the drive through lane playing on his phone instead of checking on his tables / their food. We watched multiple tables get up and leave. A waitress recognized that we had been waiting the longest with no assistance from our waiter and took over our table. 45 minutes from when we sat down, our soup finally came out. Another hour after that, our dinner was brought out - cold and lackluster. Our second waitress did the best she could under the circumstances, but we believe that our initial waiter never put in our order and the kitchen was more concerned about getting takeout orders ready than the guests dining in. My husband and I are both in agreement that we will NEVER be returning to this restaurant. read more

We ordered sushi & hibachi to go, it was the worst food I have ever had in my life. We ordered almost $70 worth of food, and we had to take it all back. TheirYum Yum sauce taste like thousand Island dressing. Unfortunately I will not recommend this place. :( read more
