Sitting eating breakfast and employees are cleaning garbage! Food has been taken away half way before breakfast was over!

We have one more day to spend here so will update my review tomorrow! Parking is an issue! And the building is a bit old!

Just arrived so far nice and quiet.

Overall my stay was uneventful. The location was good about a mile walk from the Fort, restaurants and shops etc. The room was clean although I felt like they are covering up something with the air freshener thay was placed in the room. This location was also very small space is at a premium! The lobby/ breakfast area/ check in area always seemed very full. The were two tables a bench and a high table. The breakfast and coffee bar left much to be desired. Again nothing eventful but it also nothing spectacular.

BED BUG on my duvet!

BED BUG ALERT!!! I had a prepaid reservation for 2 nights, Nov 10 & 11, 2023. Saturday morning, I found a bed bug in the middle of the bed with his little turds all around. I presented its' body to the front desk, who was not shocked or concerned. Neither was the GM. Hilton Honors referred me back to the property. They weren't concerned either. I have spent all afternoon disinfecting my luggage & clothing. I threw away the dog bed and custom softsided cooler. Now I have to call Philips to see how to disinfect my CPAP and carry bag. They say a picture is worth 1,000 words.

We had two queen beds so I could stay the first night with her.

I booked a room for my mother through the Hilton Honors app for Thanksgiving week. We went to Saint Augustine to visit my husbands family. Mom was quite happy with the room. She enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. It was also nice have her in a location that wasn't far from the house and historic Saint Augustine. The room was clean and styled nicely. Parking wasn't an issue either. Would definitely book again.

Bathroom stains

I agree with some of the other reviews. I never will not stay here again. The room smelled and was not clean. Stains on the carpet and chairs. Toilet lid was loose. The shower drained slowly. The place felt very uncomfortable. I am surprised Hilton owns this. Can't wait to leave in the morning.

(10/13/16-10/16/16) the pool was great. Water clean, cool, and the sunlight hit every area!

My family stayed for a wedding in the area. We ranged ages 25-65. There were also kids from other families enjoying the hotel here too. Everything was great! My favorite were the freshly baked WARM cookies they put in the lobby in the afternoon hours :) Pool- clean, abundance of sunshine, refreshing. Breakfast - a REAL complimentary breakfast with lots of options including FRESH fruit, eggs, waffle station, cereal, southern comfort sausage gravy, and always coffee/tea options. Rooms - clean, modern white comforters and sheets, flat screen, great shower head options, pullout couch for more sleeping space. Housekeepers were so nice and willing to help with anything! Service - everyone was amazing, friendly, and full of suggestions on what to see, where to eat, how to get around town, etc. Very personable staff. We walked everyday to a restaurant nearby called "Jaybirds" which had delicious, affordable, well portioned meals! stayed here 10/13/16-10/16/16

Nice and clean! I arrived at 3:30 PM to check in and there were two other guests in front of me. Check in was breeze and really quick. The front desk agent even provided me with a goody bag with two bottles of water and maps. You're able to check in on the Hilton Honor's app and select your room prior to arrival. The closer to the elevator the closer you are to the main road. You can hear the cars zooming past at night when the AC is off. I was able to make it into my room by 3:35 PM, change clothes, and call an uber to take me to a wedding at the White Room which is 1.8 miles away. Uber driver was lost and parked at the Best Western lobby. Rooms are pretty spacious and the water pressure is great in the bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast was good too. My favorite is the bagel toppers. The app mentioned they had oatmeal but I couldn't find by the buffet line.

How is a hotel like this consider a Tea Room? when I ask for a recommendation for a good Tea Room I am looking for a place that serves finger sandwiches and a pot of tea like in England, not a place to sleep.

This is definitely not a tea room.

From the valet, to the front desk, and housekeeping, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better team. Avilles bar and restaurant are real gems. Small in size but big on delivery. We had great drinks and snacks at happy hour when we checked in, and even a free prosecco. Our room was clean and comfortable, up to the standards you would expect. Overall, a fantastic stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Unfortunately the balcony rooms on the Bayfront were unavailable, so we booked a corner balcony room overlooking the historic district buildings and iconic streets filled with boutique stores. We were on the second floor overlooking Charlotte Street/Treasury Street. We could hear the live music from the Saints restaurant next door at night. Very little car noise at night. Public street parking maybe hard to find during busy times such as July 4th weekend and the lots were slightly expensive. Luckily most restaurant and local attractions were walkable so we left our car in the hotels, where the valet was also expensive but convenient. You can also buy a ticket to the Hop off and Hop on trolley right at the Hilton front desk, which takes you to the different tourist attractions that was slightly farther away. For July 4th, the hotel had a BBQ in front of the hotel. It was nicely done. The staff went above and beyond to make the event enjoyable for the guests. Tents were set up for outdoor seating, to eat grilled food, drink and listen to music. At night, you can see the fireworks right outside the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit St. Augustine again.

I had remembered…read morethis hotel was in downtown Saint Augustine, across from Flagler College, when we were going to spend the night in town. I'm glad we did, as we had a lovely night. The room was nice and spacious, with odd closets, but they worked for the time we were spending there. They also had robes if we needed to be bougie and prance around. We slept well and had a nice view of the square between the Lightner Mansion and Flagler College. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. They gave good recommendations on how to get around Saint Augustine, which had been a minute for me, so it was good to get a refresher. Sparkling wine at the front desk when we checked in was excellent and helped us unwind after the drive from South Florida. They have a gym and pool that I believe is accessible through the second floor, so I will have to remember that for our return trip. Also, they have a Starbucks on the lobby floor, which was great to get our morning pick-me-up. The bar and restaurant were very stylish, lots of Spanish influence from the 15th and 16th centuries. The cocktails were also solid. I didn't care for the water pressure and temperature, as they were difficult to adjust and ensure we were getting the correct settings. It was pretty scalding hot, so it took a couple of minutes to get it right, and then I kept it on the setting for my wife since I didn't want her struggling to mess with it. Apart from that, the experience was great. We enjoyed the sparkling wine and the accommodations when we checked in. The valet was good to have, as I didn't want to mess with street parking, but it is more expensive; take note.

The Voco was an ideal place to stay. It is a modern boutique hotel and about a 10 minute walk from downtown St. Augustine. Everyone we met on the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt ZERO ghostly spirits around and no bad juju, which is hard to find in St. Augustine, honestly. Everything was super clean and crisp-looking. It was quaint and quirky, but I enjoyed that about the hotel. It wasn't your run-of-the-mill hotel. The room came with a big TV, a very cozy bed, and a bigger-than-usual mini fridge, which was AMAZINGGG because we had made a pit stop at Buc-ee's for birthday treats and fun... I am obsessed with IHG's bathroom products. Their shampoo is incredible. And the room was pretty quiet- we didn't hear our neighbors. The bar area looked really tempting. We heard the breakfast there is realllllly good- unfortunately, we didn't have time to hang out at the bar or have breakfast. We did pop into the littleee convenience/shop area for a pint of ice cream which hit the spot after coming home from dinner. There is free covered parking below the hotel (and more parking available outside), which is super convenient. The gym looked nice. I love that they had laundry machines. The ice machine was always fully stocked and working. We had a great stay at Voco and really enjoyed our 3 days there. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

From the reviews I see it was a la quinta. The lobby was very well done, a spacious bar, nice seating for breakfast. The check in was 10/10 - the hospitality, the dining recommendations, the directions. Honestly we felt like we were staying at a B&B, that's how much care the staff had for getting us settled in. The room, on the other hand, was dated and had an odor but we let the staff know and we were switched out immediately to another. The location was great - we walked into town, over the Bridge and explored all night. We came back over the bridge to dine later on but as long as you have good walking shoes on, you're good to go!
