Yesterday, you never know when your battery will not start, Karen is my name, I have a care giver her name is Karen, and Karen helps me, so we were getting labs drawn, get in the car and expecting it to start, it did not, so Triple A was called. we were told 45 min wait, it was 20 yeh . The next surprise we met the worker, his name was Robert. He was awesome, kind, caring and funny, and he had the knowledge to help women in distress. So 15 minutes later we were on our way. The reason I do so many yelps is this, we have lost the art of saying Thank you, does not cost you anything and means so much. I have had workers from different tow services back in the day, did not talk, did not laugh, did not show concern, and you just wanted them to leave and never see them again, Robert was not like that, he cared, he did his job well, we were satisfied, and I would recomend Hamner Towing 100 per cent. I called AAA at 8pm due to my car battery dying. Hamner Towing called to confirm and was stuck waiting for an hour and a half with no response. Called back and was told they will send someone else and nobody arrived til 10:30pm (Victor D). Due to 3 other technicians sitting around the office not doing anything we were unable to go to autozone because they closed at 10 and it was way past closing. Victor D was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get us a new battery. Victor himself gets 5 stars! The company he works for not so much. Leaving people stranded in Corona for 2.5 hours at night while you are getting paid sitting around is unacceptable. read more

Broke down in the road right off the freeway, middle of July, called AAA and got a text with a quote for an hour, sucks but definitely could be worse at least it was cloudy outside. Not even six minutes later sweetest man, Mark, rolls up with a smile and a nod of reassurance, lets me know it's no big deal we will have the car up on the lift in no time. I hit a huge metal bolt on 91 east in Corona in my Charger and it blew out the tire. Circumstances were dangerous, where I had to pull over with trucks and all. Hamner Towing was there at lightning speed (less than 15 minutes to arrive), exhibited great expertise, and got a new tire on my car literally within 20 minutes. I missed my client appointment, but was able to make it home after such an ordeal safely and quickly. Also, the staff (ladies) at the front desk were very friendly. Jim Maupin was keeping me advised on timing and was knowledgeable and cordial. I could not have had a better outcome in what could have been a much more stressful situation. Three stars because whoever works in dispatch messed up. They sent the wrong tow truck despite having the make and model of my car. I had to then wait an additional hour on the side of the road for the correct type of truck to come help. The second guy arrived with the correct truck and did an excellent job towing our vehicle. read more

Had a good experience there looking at cars with Mark and Jason. Especially want to put a good word out for Mark who spent a lot of his time standing in the hot sun while my buddy and I checked out the vehicles that were for sale. He was very patient and accommodating and even had a mechanic come out and run a test on a truck to see why the check engine light was on so that I could determine what needed to be done with the truck in case I bought it. I must have run over something just before getting on to the Eastbound 91 On Ramp at Serfas Club Drive in Corona when my car suddenly felt sluggish and the tire pressure warning light came on. I immediately pulled to the far right of the well-designed emergency area there. The tough part was getting through to AAA. They were good but not in California and with more questions than assuring answers. The easy part was dealing with Hamner Towing. They called me back while I was still waiting on hold with AAA. "Robert" arrived in about 15 minutes and parked his BIG Hamner Towing rig sticking out protecting my car from the approaching traffic and had the big emergency lights blinking. He greeted me with a much-needed smile, asked if I had a spare, and put it on almost as quickly. When I asked if he could follow me to the next freeway off ramp (Lincoln) he said "no problem". Then he stuck his big rig out to protect my wife and me as we both gained speed onto the 91 for the short drive. Quick and efficient service all with a positive attitude, assurance, and great smile. On 9/26/2024 between my nephew's wedding in Lake Arrowhead and the dinner reception to be held in Norco, I was at Sam's Club Corona to do some shopping. After loading my purchase into my vehicle, a nice young woman informed me that I had a flat tire. I quickly called the Auto Club for help. I then called my husband to inform him of my situation. He was a little upset because we had recently talked about buying a tire kit as our hybrid CRV does not contain a spare tire. Ray Nazari from Hamner showed up to assist. He asked me if I was okay. He attempted to fix the big hole in the tire but was unsuccessful. Then it was a rush to tow my CRV to Mountain View Tire nearby before they close at 6:00 pm. We arrived there at about 5:40 pm, at which time the tire was repaired. And then I was off to Norco for dinner and a little dancing.
