They cancel at the last minute saying they will refund card in 7 business days. Now I had to find another service at the last min , pay extra for short notice and find a way to pay because Rymer still has 2 weeks worth of my money. So if did the job they said they would (4weeks) that would have been the 7 business days. They knew neighbors canceled service several days ago too, and we're still suppose to do one of them tomorrow as well, the other canceled last week. Emails were rude and unprofessional saying not worth my time, I can't believe I wasted the wear and tear on my equipment on you yard etc. Just poor customer service.
