The bathroom sink was already taken apart, and because I was traveling the next morning, I felt I had little choice but to approve the repair. I raised concerns via phone about the charge immediately after the work was completed, but no one followed up. I have also requested a detailed, itemized invoice multiple times over the past two weeks and have received no response.
