Unfortunately, I was charged $530 for a visit that lasted only about 30 minutes total. The bathroom sink was already taken apart, and because I was traveling the next morning, I felt I had little choice but to approve the repair. I raised concerns via phone about the charge immediately after the work was completed, but no one followed up. I have also requested a detailed, itemized invoice multiple times over the past two weeks and have received no response. While I was pleased with the technician, the excessive charge and the company's lack of transparency and follow-up were extremely disappointing.

They showed up with no parts that might be the problem (a fuse) took 7 days to get part just to find out there is another problem. Have not heard from them for 2 days (don't work or show up on weekends). They sold us an out of date unit that they can't get parts for . Talked to Dan he does not care to make us happy and hung up on me.
