He went over the process steps, explained and answered all of my questions, was able to install on Friday, and most of all, his quote was reasonable. I noticed that they probably were a little pricier than I could have gotten if I had inquired around but I wanted it done I wanted it done right and I wanted it done right away and they provided all of that. After paying my bill I read up a little bit more on them and saw that they offered a senior discount. I called and without hesitation I was told they do offer a senior discount and they would be sending me a check. Within 5 days I received the check from them.
