And then there are the employees who came to the house to do the hard scape, I have 1 word to describe them, tireless, some of the hardest working people I've ever seen. They worked from dawn till dusk, the worksite was always left neat. The bottom line is, they delivered on what they promised, showed up when they said they would, they were in touch and kept me informed. They quoted me about $150 a square foot just for installing the deck. I googled the average price to have trex decking installed and it said 40 - 80 a square foot. Highway robbery. Also they wanted an $800 design fee before that would even come over and look. I guess they really do not need my business. For what she quoted me, I could have built a small home with windows and electric. I cannot speak for their work but they are definitely screwing people.

I hired Brockman Tree and Lawn Care to do a lawn program. The machine they use to apply the…read morefertilizer and weed control is heavy, and I have sandy soil. They go fast on it, and it tears up the lawn where they turn. I called and asked if they could go slower, as it doesn't do that when they take more time. I finally cancelled my service as it was hit or miss if they followed the request. The last time they came, there were at least 20 spots that needed repair. I cancelled my service. They said they would come to repair the damaged spots. I initially agreed but reconsidered since it is July and all the spots would need to be watered frequently to encourage seed growth at this time of year. I told them I was all good and I would repair the grass in the fall. They ignored that request and texted me to tell me they were coming today. I texted them back to say I didn't want them to come because of the watering issue. They came anyway and put down soil and grass seed. The soil had a lot of rocks in it, so now my lawn needs to be watered, AND I had to spend over an hour cleaning up all the rocks in my yard. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company. I hire contractors to make my life easier and save me time. They create more work for me every time they come here.

The day of the application they give you a call and text you to notify you. If you have any questions or requests, you text them back and they respond fairly quickly!
