AAA Motor club knows nothing about the type of business this is. This auto repair shop was recommended by AAA, had my vehicle for a couple of months, never ran a diagnostic test, left everything on in the vehicle bleeding my brand-new car battery to nothing, and asked for excessive and exploitative amount of money to repair my vehicle but could not explain in detail why the cost was extreme. And when I asked for the auto repair shop to return my vehicle, they (Risk's 66) dropped it off in the middle of the street in front of my home. I suggest avoiding this establishment at all costs and taking your vehicle somewhere else.

He doesn't have a cell phone, but someone stopped so he could call me, and then I called City Wide to get him- EXCEPT, poor Dad was confused about his location. The driver and I both circled the area until he was found, keeping me in communication with both dispatch AND the driver the entire time. It didn't even take much longer than the quoted time, and even with all the extra driving, they didn't upcharge him. The staff did absolutely everything possible to help find my Dad, and put his car carefully on a nice flatbed. I can't recommend these folks enough, especially if you're in a bind!
