Ocha - it's delicious and was refilled
    Pili S.

LOCATION: Outlet @ Traverse Mountain We deliberated for 30 minutes about where we'd want to make an impressionable memory. This popped up on Yelp and with 615 fellow Yelpers vouching for this place, it was a no- brainer. Ocha- not many people care about the tea...but I do. This alone told me how much care they took and looked forward to. We had the cucumbers roll, agedashi tofu, spicy tuna tartare on crispy rice, hamachi collarbone. With just the two of us, we it was more than enough. We loved everything we ordered. Since we'll be in town for a few days, we felt that we need to come here one more time for " research" purposes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The waiter said it was most busy during lunch when people are working in the area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were staying at a hotel down the street so this was perfect!

This is my go to for exceptional Japanese food anywhere in Northern Utah county. I've been a number of times now and I've been impressed with everything. The Ramen noodles have the perfect chew and the depth and richness of the broth is unmatched. Their sushi offerings are incredible. I've also tried a number of other menu items like the katsu and the yakisoba. In addition to the exceptional food, our server was so attentive and kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a great place to go for a wonderful meal and a nice relaxed atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Go and go again!

We went shopping at the outlets nearby and saw this place on yelp. I'm glad we dined here because it was a great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered a bunch of stuff. My favorites were the Mr. Miyagi roll, wagyu nigiri, crispy tuna, and billy billy roll. Seriously everything was good! I'm not usually in the area, but whenever I am, I will definitely be back!

For my niece's 18th birthday, she wanted to try sushi for the very first time. I was thrilled that I got to be a part of that adventure and did a little research to find just the right place. Hamachi's reviews and photos enticed me, and we headed in for the maiden voyage. Service was attentive and friendly, but not over the top in your face. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The mood was a little laid back-Monday nights don't appear to be the height of activity, which was fine by us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our experience was great, and we appreciated the quick service. We ordered three rolls: Shrimp Tempura, California and Volcano. They were all delicious and a good variety for a first timer. The presentation was beautiful, the ingredients were fresh and flavorful and our favorite was the Volcano-whish had a nice tangy flavor with the lemon/citrus. To finish off the meal, we ordered some mochi-mango and black sesame seed. Both were delicious and the perfect way to top off the meal. I think it's safe to say that her first sushi experience was positive and we will be back.

    Poke Bowl

One of my favorite sushi places around here now! The sashimi is always so fresh, the poke bowl is worth it! They are generous with the fish and there's a good variety of fish. The black cod is also tasty if you like sweeter sauce. Recommend coming to try it out! They also have good lunch deals.

Chirashi bowl 12 pcs and Specialty Rolls
    Bekah C.

The city of Lehi has no right to house one of the best sushi spots in the county. The Chirashi Bowl is my go-to and all-time favorite. It's so fresh and filling! The sushi rolls were exceptional as well. Don't let the location fool you. The food is great, the staff is amazing, and the restaurant leaves a fabulous first impression.

Clean and spacious with great decoration of lanterns. I tried the Chefs Special Chirashi Bowl. It comes with 12 pcs of sashimi over sushi rice and kani salad. The fish was fresh and tasty and including grilled eel. Just a wonderful dining experience!

    TONKOTSU RAMEN

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We came around 4 pm and it was easy to get a table for 11 people. There was plenty of seating for everyone and they had the chopstick helpers for the three kids in our party which they were very happy about.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would definitely say the ambiance is very kid friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My boyfriend and I come from California so we were hesitant to try a place in Utah that served both Ramen and Sushi. But we were pleasantly surprised. The broth in the Tonkatsu was subtle and rich. Nothing stood out in terms of the broth being garlicky, etc. but it had good consistency. The pork belly was marinated and cooked very well. We hadn't had pork belly cooked that amazing in a while. The sushi was subpar. It wasn't the best sushi we ever had but it was good for the price. Next time we go, we would just order the ramen.

Blue fin tuna nigiri, shoyu ramen and the joker roll. Incredible spot in Lehi. I prefer them over Tsunami

So so good! I prefer them over Tsunami for quality. Grab the blue fin tuna nigiri and shoyu ramen

    The first impression is noteworthy!

Our family were at a crossroad. A couple wanted soup with noodles and the others desired sushi choices. This restaurant was a great find! Ramen noodles and broth are on point. The pork belly option was a fast favorite. It was savory and melt in your mouth amazing! We ordered sushi maki 2 rolls at a time. This way, we were not eating with our eyes and walking away with left overs. The staff was amazing yo accommodate this approach. Put together service and food options and you have a wonderful place for family, friends and business partners. The decoration and ambiance make for a great date night too! We will definitely put this on the must revisit list!

We have been told this place is pretty good and we decided to check them out…read more I'll give our first visit experience as well as our second. First, entering we were greeted by the servers who were smiley and friendly. The restaurant is decent sized and pretty clean. We were a little confused why it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. We were only one of three groups that were eating there. I am gluten free so I'm use to not having a ton of options and usually have to stay away from most of the sauces used but, I was able to order a few roles that are gluten free both naturally and/or after asking to not add a sauce. I was pleased to know they treat gluten free orders very cautiously and carefully. The roles are a good size, the fish tasted fresh and the flavors were great. Aside from the extremely long wait, the food was decent so we wanted to give them a second chance. Our second visit was much better. Greeted kindly again once we entered and sat right away. Our server was attentive and speedy. Our food came at a much better timing and the quality was consistent with our first visit. The prices are average, the quality of the food is good, servers are friendly and it's worth giving a shot

This is by far our favorite sushi place around. Our kids love eating here. We got there Saturday…read morenight and it was pretty busy but we were seated right away. We ordered the orange chicken which came with rice and steamed broccoli and carrots. It was a big portion of chicken. We also got some sushi: golden salmon roll, kill bill roll, flame dragon roll, and Sumo roll. All these varied in taste and had different highlighted attributes. The flame dragon roll comes on fire and gives the salmon a really defined smoked flavor. I really liked that the golden salmon roll had a citrus tone. The kill bill roll had good crunch with the coconut tempera shrimp and some spicy with the jalapeño and cilantro. I really like all of the deep fried rolls but this one was especially good because of the tiger shrimp.
