    Get all the sushi!

This is my go to for exceptional Japanese food anywhere in Northern Utah county. I've been a number of times now and I've been impressed with everything. The Ramen noodles have the perfect chew and the depth and richness of the broth is unmatched. Their sushi offerings are incredible. I've also tried a number of other menu items like the katsu and the yakisoba. In addition to the exceptional food, our server was so attentive and kind. It's a great place to go for a wonderful meal and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Go and go again!

We went shopping at the outlets nearby and saw this place on yelp. I'm glad we dined here because it was a great experience. The restaurant is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered a bunch of stuff. My favorites were the Mr. Miyagi roll, wagyu nigiri, crispy tuna, and billy billy roll. Seriously everything was good! I'm not usually in the area, but whenever I am, I will definitely be back!

For my niece's 18th birthday, she wanted to try sushi for the very first time. I was thrilled that I got to be a part of that adventure and did a little research to find just the right place. Hamachi's reviews and photos enticed me, and we headed in for the maiden voyage. Service was attentive and friendly, but not over the top in your face. The mood was a little laid back-Monday nights don't appear to be the height of activity, which was fine by us. Our experience was great, and we appreciated the quick service. We ordered three rolls: Shrimp Tempura, California and Volcano. They were all delicious and a good variety for a first timer. The presentation was beautiful, the ingredients were fresh and flavorful and our favorite was the Volcano-whish had a nice tangy flavor with the lemon/citrus. To finish off the meal, we ordered some mochi-mango and black sesame seed. Both were delicious and the perfect way to top off the meal. I think it's safe to say that her first sushi experience was positive and we will be back.

Awesome service and atmosphere, food was incredible and didn't have to wait for a long time!

    Poke Bowl

One of my favorite sushi places around here now! The sashimi is always so fresh, the poke bowl is worth it! They are generous with the fish and there's a good variety of fish. The black cod is also tasty if you like sweeter sauce. Recommend coming to try it out! They also have good lunch deals.

The city of Lehi has no right to house one of the best sushi spots in the county. The Chirashi Bowl is my go-to and all-time favorite. It's so fresh and filling! The sushi rolls were exceptional as well. Don't let the location fool you. The food is great, the staff is amazing, and the restaurant leaves a fabulous first impression.

Clean and spacious with great decoration of lanterns. I tried the Chefs Special Chirashi Bowl. It comes with 12 pcs of sashimi over sushi rice and kani salad. The fish was fresh and tasty and including grilled eel. Just a wonderful dining experience!

We came around 4 pm and it was easy to get a table for 11 people. There was plenty of seating for everyone and they had the chopstick helpers for the three kids in our party which they were very happy about. I would definitely say the ambiance is very kid friendly. My boyfriend and I come from California so we were hesitant to try a place in Utah that served both Ramen and Sushi. But we were pleasantly surprised. The broth in the Tonkatsu was subtle and rich. Nothing stood out in terms of the broth being garlicky, etc. but it had good consistency. The pork belly was marinated and cooked very well. We hadn't had pork belly cooked that amazing in a while. The sushi was subpar. It wasn't the best sushi we ever had but it was good for the price. Next time we go, we would just order the ramen.

Blue fin tuna nigiri, shoyu ramen and the joker roll. Incredible spot in Lehi. I prefer them over Tsunami

So so good! I prefer them over Tsunami for quality. Grab the blue fin tuna nigiri and shoyu ramen

Our family were at a crossroad. A couple wanted soup with noodles and the others desired sushi choices. This restaurant was a great find! Ramen noodles and broth are on point. The pork belly option was a fast favorite. It was savory and melt in your mouth amazing! We ordered sushi maki 2 rolls at a time. This way, we were not eating with our eyes and walking away with left overs. The staff was amazing yo accommodate this approach. Put together service and food options and you have a wonderful place for family, friends and business partners. The decoration and ambiance make for a great date night too! We will definitely put this on the must revisit list!

Very trendy, modern inside decor. Good food but teriyaki beef was over cooked. Small serving for the price. Food came out fast but my son needed a fork and we needed drink refills, she never came back to check on us we had to wave her down.

Must Try Premier experience! They have exceptional quality of fresh fish and a wide variety of fish to try. The restaurant is so clean and great for a party or a date night. The owner was there tonight and created the most beautiful assortment of fresh Nigiri & Oysters for us. We were blown away with the quality of fish and creativeness. We started with Kusshi Oysters. We then had mild to stronger tasting nigiri. Hirame, Madai, Kanpachi, Kurodai. Maguro, Toro, Tombo, Sake. Masaba, Uni, Hotattegai. Thank you for bringing this level of skill to Lehi

Without fail, every time I come here the sushi is the best. I am not sure why people go to other sushi restaurants cause the fish here is wonderful. If you are in Utah country and hankering for sushi, this is the place. Grab your chop sticks, order Mr Miyagi and the Mammoth and enjoy. Don't forget the Agadashi.

Their sushi is delicious but the chicken teriyaki is really plain and the chicken was overcooked. But we love everything else.

Great rolls for a reasonable price. The stuffed shishito peppers and spicy edamame were also great.

The employees were so kind, provided great recommendations, and refilled our waters the whole time! The chashu bun was incredible. The pork was so tender and the homemade sauce on the inside was delicious! The flavors all complemented each other perfectly. My husband was so impressed with these too. The Vegas roll was tasty too, definitely one of the better Vegas rolls we have had. The haku ramen was so tasty. The broth was hearty and had such a great flavor. It was rich and not too salty. The pork was great too. I loved the egg, mushroom, and onion. The noodles were cooked perfectly and they had a lot in the ramen and didn't skimp on them as some other restaurants do. Lovely experience and incredible food. I cannot wait to visit again soon.

Considering they call themselves a ramen house, I wished they had more ramen options (like my go-to black garlic tonkotsu). All the rolls were yummy but not like to die for. These are the typical rolls that you can get at most sushi restaurants. I also got the chashu buns. They were good, but a little pricey. The service was great. I think a family runs this business. They definitely treated all customers with care and came often to check on us. Overall, this was a great place for food. Everything tasted good, but at the same time I felt like it didn't stand out compared to the many Japanese restaurants in Utah.
