The BEAUTIFUL Bar atmosphere made it so SPECIAL! I had black table cloths that looked so CLASSY on the high top tables. I had Sal supply the DELICIOUS Italian food and everyone was raving how delicious it was too! I had Sal supply the DJ and Bartenders and it all was MAGNIFICENT! Everything turned out WONDERFUL! I came here for a baby shower and it was a nice experience. The staff is nice and the place is nice. There is a lot of parking outside (street parking) and there are meters during the day FYI. Bring quarters. The place is so nice and cozy. Maybe 60 people fit or so but it is a nice place for a smaller occasion. Perfect for a baby shower, communion or sweet 16. About 30 mins from NYC which was convenient for NYers. I'm pretty sure when you rent the hall, its just the hall and you have to provide everything else. Just had my 50th here and it was a fantastic venue. Perfect size for a small gathering . Clean, organized and well appointed. They have everything you would need. We had an amazing. Service was on point and they were always available to answer questions and help. The food was great, the bartender fantastic and the bakery they recommended provided a wonderful cake. Went here for a friends birthday, and management very hostile. The second I arrived to the door management was grilling me and their hostility did not leave a good impression, I will personally never be booking a party here for myself nor will I recommend Halo Lounge. Just celebrated another family 50th birthday party celebration at the Halo lounge. If you haven't already checked out this awesome spot you really need to. It is the perfect venue for a party. The place is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Gives off a cool vibe all around. The staff for this party went above and beyond they took excellent care of us. Julio was our go to guy and Meg was behind the bar. They always checked on us to make sure we were good and that our guests were happy as well. The DJ was excellent he played a large variety of dance songs as well as worked off a request list we provided for the evening. Whenever we think of having a large get together with family and friends the Halo always comes to mind. Every experience we've ever had there has been spectacular. I had my Mom's surprise 50th here! The venue is awesome! It's a nice change from banquet halls and veteran halls. Sal was very accommodating and helpful! We were able to comfortably fit 80 guests. The main thing for me was being able to have an open bar for my guests, with this venue, it's BYOB. You also have the option of hiring a bartender, go with Jorge (Sal will recommend him, and he's awesome!) If you're looking for a fun, relaxing, new venue, go with Halo Lounge. I am surprised there isn't a review for this place yet. I haven't been here in a while but I might look into using them for something soon. The place is set up like a nice bar. lounge but it has a lot of flexibility. You can transform it into whatever look you want. I was there for a pre-wedding party. The couple had a band, stocked the bar and catered in some food. They played a slide show of the them and their friends and family all through the night on the TVs around the place. It has a small outside area that was used for the smokers. It could have been set up for something else if needed. It was a great spot to host an event. read more

My brothers and I recently threw our mom a surprise birthday party at Halo Lounge. Not only was the space perfect, but Sal and his crew could not have been more accommodating! Everything turned out perfectly. We rented the lounge area for 4 hours on a Saturday night, and were allowed to bring in our own decorations, beverages, food, etc. Sal offers food and DJ services included as a package as well. We were able to come in an hour and a half early to decorate the place, and had use of the back room which has an oven and refrigerator. This comes in handy when managing lots of food! The guests had a wonderful time, and Sal made sure to check in sporadically during the evening to make sure everything was running as we anticipated. The space has large, flat screen televisions which you can use for slideshows, watching certain channels, etc. There's also a DJ booth, and a drop down screen and projector as well. I would definitely come back again and it would be a primary choice for any future events my family has. Highly recommended to friends and co-workers as well!! I had my son's Royal Sweet 14th Bday/ Graduation party here on 06/06 and this place is hands down the best place I could have ever thrown a party at. My son his classmates our family and friends had a great time. The owner Sal is a great guy with nice staff. I didnt have to do much either! I had a 40th birthday party here for my husband, the theme was "Sunday Football Brunch." I can't express how happy I and my guests were with the space and the service provided. We were able to put the game and NFL network on multiple TV's, and switch to music when we needed to. Sal, Steve (recommended bartender) and staff were all great and made sure all of our needs were met immediately. My local guests were so impressed, they didn't even know the place existed...they were also excited because they recognized the food I ordered from all my husband's local favorites. By doing this and having BYOB, the costs are much more reasonable than going to a restaurant or bar. I recently held my daughter's Sweet 16 party at the Halo Lounge and it was a rousing success! The kids had a great time. My daughter did not want a party in the typical ballroom/banquet hall. The Lounge fit her vision perfectly. The Lounge is a cool place, it totally looks like a club. The disco ball and colored lights are a definite plus. Sal, the owner is a dream to work with. He had good advice, was very accomodating and helpful. The staff that was around the night of the party was very helpful and nice which enabled the party to run smoothly. I had my Husband's casino-themed birthday party at Halo Lounge last Saturday! The venue is awesome! My guests were very impressed with the space. Sal, the owner, was also amazing. He was very accommodating, flexible and helpful throughout the entire planning process up to the day of the event! Another huge plus was being able to have an open bar for my guests, with this venue, it's BYOB. I hired a bartender, George (who was recommended by Sal) and he did a great job. On the day of the event, there is a staff member there, Joey, to oversee the event. He went above and beyond...from assisting me with removing items from my car, helping out with the decorations and table set up and setting up the food. The venue also offers the option to order food from them, have the food catered by an outside caterer, or a combination of both. I choose the third option, but the food provided by the venue was excellent. I would definitely host an event at Halo Lounge again and highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, cool space for an event. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Halo Lounge and our sons First Communion Party. Sal and his team are true professionals. Joe, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and ran the entire event for us the whole evening. Our DJ, Justin, was amazing and kept everyone dancing the entire night. I never knew customer service and professionalism were a thing of the past with Halo Lounge. I have been calling for a week to speak with Scott about a citation letter I received a month after an event there! This is horribly shocking! I paid $50 dollars for valet parking which it has NEVER cost that much before to valet only to receive a letter from Park Atlanta stating that the balance will be forwarded to collections and my car will be subject to a boot and tow if found in Atlanta city limits! This is absurd. I can't ever seem to get Scott on the phone due to some girl telling me she doesn't know who the manager is (impossible), she doesn't have contact to the owner (flat out lie) and that he will contact me within an hour (which never happens because she is not passing the message to him). She has guarded that phone stronger than any Pitbull I know. This is absolutely horrible service. As a patron of the establishment I expect when my car is parked that its parked in the designated areas by the valet. I have never had issues with the shorter valet driver however this night was an experience from HELL. Not only was the club whack now to add insult to injury I receive a letter about a citation I never knew I had! If he parked my car illegally why did he hide the evidence? Idiot, I would eventually find out. I shouldn't be held responsible for something I paid good money to avoid. I could have kept my $50 and parked the damn car myself. I would never recommend this place after this experience. And that is very unfortunate considering I frequented there several times before and always recommend this place as a hot staple to visit in Atlanta. My company will never do another party there again. I want to speak to the owner. read more
