After the full deluxe treatment, it almost looked brand new. I was really asking "how is this possible?" over and over. This service easily added thousands of dollars to the value of the car. The previous owner should have taken it to Jamie before selling it. Under the hood of the 2008 vehicle was one of the dirtiest I had ever seen in my life. It almost made me hesitate to buy the vehicle. But after Jamie's under-hood treatment.... seriously, it's ready to have it's hood open a car show. Such incredible attention to detail, and such professionalism. His shop is also immaculate. Jamie committed one unforgivable act, however: he forgot to take BEFORE photos and videos of the car! :-) I wish I could post them here, because you wouldn't believe your eyes either.

They were wanting me to finance the car, this is the only way to get their online prices. After stating I was wanting to purchase outright, they kept wanting the financing. I was hoping to do some dealing, but there was no budging. So I left and continued on shopping. My salesman did try to get his upper to work with me in the days following, but no luck. I would browse there again in the future. But read their fine print. Their online prices are only honored if you finance. Every other dealership I've been to does not do this, and instead goes by the price listed on their website, financing or outright purchasing.

Over the past six weeks, I have called both Somersworth Nissan and Assurant scores of times to get an explanation. Ultimately, the warranty company approved the claim but the Somersworth Nissan underwriters are the ones who denied it. They vehemently denied this and said it would make no sense for them to deny it. Bullshit! I have read the horrible reviews. I have dealt with the idiots in the Service Department as they lie to me and tell me things such as, "I've never known the Kicks to have transmission issues." When you google Nissan Kicks (Nissan in general) transmission problems are a given. I have absolutely no respect for this company. I used to send people their way. At least when Ethan worked there, I felt treated with respect. Now, I am lied to and taken advantage of. This is the last Nissan I will ever purchase. Please don't patronize this business.
