I told him what happened and he says I can get you in one. I said ok I have 2 jobs so I will need to find time. He sent me an email with his hours of working so it made it easier to go around that. I sent an email back stating the day and time. He was good to go. I got there and he did exactly what he said he would do and then some. I told him I needed a car that will fit a 4x8 piece of plywood. He did it! He is absolutely the person to go see if you need a car. Hes a miracle worker. Not pushy and is funny as he()! Ill post my car . Thank you Ken!!

I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle. Tom was able to respond to me almost immediately. Tom was very helpful, pleasant, and best of all... not pushy. He was able to give me a great deal of information and plenty of time to make a decision. The entire process was relatively stress free. I definitely recommend a visit

The VW app also decided to stop working - can't remote start, lock or unlock. How does a car lock with both keys inside & the app malfunction after getting repairs?! Worst car I've ever had. Service & sales are kind, but nothing about this experience is good.

Within 48 hours of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I reached out to Rochester Volkswagen. Rochester Volkswagen told me to go to my local dealership to have the vehicle checked out since I bought the extended warranty. The extended warranty did not cover the parts that need to be replaced. The vehicle came with a 3 month warranty from Rochester Volkswagen, so I asked them to repair the vehicle. At the Rochester Volkswagen request, I sent them the invoice/quote for the repairs that were required. The Rochester Volkswagen stopped responding to me once they received the invoice/quote for the repairs. Below are the dates that I reached out to Rochester Volkswagen: 08OCT25 09OCT25 16OCT25 28OCT25 30OCT25 03NOV25 11NOV25 17NOV25 20NOV25 28NOV25 03DEC25 11DEC25 This was a horrible experience. Update: The day I posted this review, the General Sales Manager Mr. Will Stergis called, texted messaged, and emailed me to resolve this issue. Below are the dates and conversation with Mr. Stergis: 14JAN26: Mr. Stergis: Please contact me at your earliest convenience! (603)332-6242 and ask for Will! Me: At this point, I prefer email in order to have documentation of our correspondence. Mr. Stergis: I understand, and I apologize for any confusion, my work email has been acting up, so it's possible things were lost in translation. Do you happen to have the Repair (RO) for the Jeep? We have no problem covering it for you. If you wouldn't mind sending it over, I can have a check cut and mailed out to you today. We truly pride ourselves on providing great customer service, and I'd like the opportunity to make this right for you as quickly as possible. Once everything is resolved and a check is on the way, I'd really appreciate it if you would consider updating or removing your review. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for bringing this to my attention. Network outage occurred the afternoon of 14JAN26 and then a snowstorm delayed with getting the RO to the dealership. 20JAN26: Mr. Stergis: Just wanted to follow up and get the total for the repair order on the Jeep! 23JAN26: Me: Sorry for the delay. I attached the invoice that Capital Garage Jeep did back in October. They said no changes to the cost. I will also forward you the email from the dealership as well. 27JAN26: Me: Have you reviewed the RO? 28JAN26: Me: Have you reviewed the RO? Mr. Stergis: I did thank you for sending it to me! I am off today but will connect with my office tomorrow and get the check cut! 03FEB26: Mr. Stergis: Just confirming you got a check from us? Me: No, it hasn't arrived. 09FEB26: Me: Has the check been sent? 17FEB26: Me: I will be reinstating my negative review of your dealership today since you have not returned my emails. I never received a check even though your last email on February 02 (date was actually 03FEB26) asked if I received a check. I will be adding more details into my review as well. I am a 26 year Army veteran (recently retired) and have purchased vehicles around the country. This has been the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. I will not buy from them again.

We experienced two life-threatening incidents due to extreme mechanical negligence, and management is now completely ghosting us. 1. First Incident: After a routine oil change, the car started smoking on the highway. Technicians failed to tighten components correctly, causing a massive oil leak. They admitted fault and gave us a service credit. 2. Second Incident: We used that credit to buy new tires here. After pickup, the car felt dangerously unstable. We took it to another Toyota service center in Dover for an independent inspection. The result was horrifying: ALL 24 WHEEL LUG NUTS WERE LEFT LOOSE. My husband could have lost a wheel on the highway. We have an open case with Toyota Corporate, but the Rochester management has refused to return our calls for over two weeks. I have attached the official report from the Dover service center proving that all 24 bolts were loose. This level of safety violation is criminal. STAY AWAY!
