Ken Ellis from motor city called me and asked if he could help me get a car. ( mine the transmission was going fast and had no heat or air due to squirrels) i said we'll i need to tell you what's going on first then we can de ide. I told him what happened and he says I can get you in one. I said ok I have 2 jobs so I will need to find time. He sent me an email with his hours of working so it made it easier to go around that. I sent an email back stating the day and time. He was good to go. I got there and he did exactly what he said he would do and then some. I told him I needed a car that will fit a 4x8 piece of plywood. He did it! He is absolutely the person to go see if you need a car. Hes a miracle worker. Not pushy and is funny as he()! Ill post my car . Thank you Ken!!

I haven't purchased a car in 10 years. After a lot of research, I came upon a 2020 Lincoln Corsair…read moreat this dealership. It was priced approx $3,000+ below KBB. I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle. Tom was able to respond to me almost immediately. Tom was very helpful, pleasant, and best of all... not pushy. He was able to give me a great deal of information and plenty of time to make a decision. The entire process was relatively stress free. I definitely recommend a visit

Giving one star because our overall experience with buying a car here has been miserable. We…read moreinitially had a good experience with our sales guy Dave and purchased a 4 year old Hyundai Tucson at the going rate was for that make and model and mileage. We live in Maine and bought the car on our way down to an event in Boston, so it worked out. Legitimately 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, the check engine light turns on. We take it to Autozone and got the code reading. We are in contact with Dave who wants us to come back to the dealership (which we can't do because of other obligations and we live 3 hours away) and he tells us that they will handle it/pay for it since they don't like doing business like that. We take it to a dealer by us and get it diagnosed and it comes back at costing $2,400. Now all of the sudden Rochester doesn't know if they can approve to fix it, but they'll cover the $200 diagnostic. We go back and forth with them for weeks and they keep pushing us off and saying they will call back (which they don't) until finally they say the Allstate warranty they pushed us to buy actually covers it. We call the Allstate and they tell us it covers it. We then find out the original place that diagnosed the vehicle doesn't accept third party warranties. We call around and the only place willing to take it is 1.5 hours away. We drive it there to drop it off, and then they tell us Allstate is actually refusing to cover the issue. We then have to battle Allstate to get it approved since they told us originally it would be. Finally they agree and the part gets fixed. We have since been calling RochesterVW every week to get that original $200 diagnostic reimbursed like they said they would and every single time they either push us off or say they've sent it. That was six months ago. Still no check. On top of all that, the car didn't have any of the standard tire changing tools in the trunk. Hard to feel like we weren't completely scammed by this company. We usually buy our vehicles in cash from private sale to avoid dealerships, but this was a stretch purchase for us since we were having a baby and wanted a nice newer, safer car that wouldn't have any immediate issues since it was low milage and coming from a dealer. I strongly advise avoiding this business.

The VW app also decided to stop working - can't remote start, lock or unlock. How does a car lock with both keys inside & the app malfunction after getting repairs?! Worst car I've ever had. Service & sales are kind, but nothing about this experience is good.
