I was told it would be emailed to me. It never was. I emailed them within a week and asked for my money to be returned. minus the 12.50 for the inspection. They refused to acknowledge my request. At that point the manager snapped at me and told me that I was free to take my car elsewhere. I went to Autozone and they tested my car with a scanner and said it was a faulty sensor. I made another appointment with a local car repair shop and was charged 110 $ install of the sensor and was told that my front and rear brakes were fine. So beware of this scammer.

Insspection machines are connected directly to the state of Massachusette, So if your car fails inspection its because the comouter failed it. So if they recommend work it because that is what is needed for your car to pass.

Brought my electric car there this morning for an inspection sticker. When Larry put the Jack under my car, it looked like he went a little too far and was in danger of being on my battery. I said to him, I have a concern about the placement of your Jack, and this was confirmed when I heard a little crack when he lifted it. He said "I'm on the metal." I said yes that is the battery. You need to be on the lifting pad! He proceeded to say he can end the inspection right now and I can leave or I can let him finish the inspection. I said I would like you to finish, but I'm concerned that you're not on the lifting pad. He proceeded to end the inspection and came out and started yelling in my face, and physically pushing me off of his property while my car was still in his bay. The police were called in a report was written. If you would like damage done to your vehicle and to be physically assaulted when you state your concern, then I highly recommend and endorse Larry. Luckily, it looks like the battery cover was just scratched, and no real damage was done. But the potential was there.
