The atmosphere feels unwelcoming, almost like I'm bothering them just by placing an order. Having worked in customer service myself, I know this is not how you interact with people. A simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way, but unfortunately, that's lacking here. It's to the point where I don't even like going inside because the energy is so off-putting. Customer service matters, and this place really needs to work on it.

My girls have been at MDA for the last two years and I try to go every Tuesday I can get there before they close when I drop them off, I even get shakes for the girls for the end of class sometimes. I made it there with five minutes to spare and was denied service. An absolute pet peeve as another local business owner, not to mention in a time when we have people who wish their office was open and could get a pay check. You have literally three employees behind the counter punching the clock with an empty store and a customer comes to the counter when your door is open for business and you tell them " well we close in five minutes...." Are you serious??? I mean laziness doesn't surprise me anymore but I am ashamed for this business and don't know when I would care to venture back! I hate when punching the clock is more important than customer service, I don't have a job where I punch the clock nor have the luxury to turn away a walk in, but god bless those who do!
