AMBIENCE = Free standing buildings near the main entrance in front of Walmart. The Tudor's Biscuit World sign was not lit up, but we saw their signature yellow from the inside. Tudor's must have taken over another fast food restaurant. Same foot print. Older building. But it was fine as we were there for one thing- B I S C U I T S! Cute group of 10 or so senior men were having their coffee and breakfasts together at one big table. "The Board of Directors" were wearing their fave sports team. They were adorable! Nice sense of community. FOOD = I was on a mission- country ham with melted cheese biscuits. Haven't had one in 25 years! My husband HERD (IYKYK) so much about Tudor's, he followed my lead and order himself a bonus bacon, egg and cheese. He was surprised by the size, but happily ate both. He gave Tudor's a thumbs up! And I was all smiles, and with a skip in my step. Coffee and Coke hit the spot for the long day ahead. So happy we didn't have the complimentary breakfast at our hotel down the street. SERVICE = Ordered inside. 7am October on a Saturday. No line. (There's a drive-thru too.) Placed order. They gave us cups to serve ourselves. They give you a number for the table and someone runs your order out to you. Quick, hot food service. Maybe 5 minutes. Cashier was friendly and patient as we got familiar with the menu board at 7am. VALUE - Yes. 3 Breakfast sandwiches (meat, cheese and/or egg) 1 Coffee 1 Soda $20.00 for 2 people. Will we be back? If we lived in state, YES! Wish we had Tudor's in South Florida. However, my waistline is thankful we don't. Probably my fave fast food restaurant. Consistently good, fresh products. (Only negative, wish they didn't use styrofoam cups for hot beverages. read more

Such a treat to load up on carbs here, the biscuits are extra heavy huge on flavor filled with so many options, the country ham with fried apples is my favorite. Love this local breakfast spot, best in town every time. Coffee is hot, fresh and they have flavored creamers. Perfect spot where locals meet up and chat the morning away. We were in town for a wedding. Stopped off to have breakfast before heading home. First time I have ever been here. Prices are definitely good, food was ok. My opinion not a lot of flavor but I did just have breakfast. They do offer other lunch and dinner options. Place was clean and portions were good for the price. The biscuits are huge. Tudors is fast food meets IHOP and Cracker Barrel The place is simple. It is a larger interior of a Mcdonald's with a menu of carb, fatty, and cholesterol friendly breakfast food. Don't go there if you are on a strict diet. If you like simple, cost-friendly comfort food, this is a great place to stop. You won't walk away thinking this is the best breakfast you ever had in your life, but the biscuits are darn good. read more

Yeah, it was good but it was way over hyped. In the end, this was not much better than a McDonald's breakfast. Walk up counter to order, they bring it out. They do have a selection of traditional breakfast plates such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes. But according to their namesake, they specialize in biscuits. You can get almost any breakfast item on a biscuit here: eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, canadian bacon, cheese, steak, etc. If you can imagine it, they will put it on a biscuit for you. read more

I live in Indiana. Most times when I go to visit family in Gallipolis, Ohio we go eat breakfast at Tudor's Biscuit World. Delicious food.

Tudors is always delicious and fresh. We stop every time we are visiting family. You can go wrong with the peppi or Ron or Mary b. Country apples are a nice side as well. read more

Warning this review is totally biased. Little known fact about me is that I am obsessed with biscuits. These biscuits are so good and huge. They are definitely fresh and not just pulled out of a microwave. I tried the "thundering herd" sandwich that was a biscuit with a hash brown party, sausage, cheese and egg. I did find out when the menu says melted cheese it means a melted nacho type cheese that I'm not a fan. This is currently our favorite morning breakfast place. read more

The day that our orders were not good there was absolutely no one else ordering any food. I don't get what the issue was with not having perfect food. As we were getting ready to leave my mother was standing up and I told her I needed to finish my txt first. An employee named Rhonda came by and told me I needed to go my mother was ready. Considering both of my mother and I were only 2 feet from each other I believe I knew she was ready to go before Rhonda walked up and butted in. Stopped in for breakfast while traveling about south Ohio, just across the Point Pleasant (W.V.) Bridge in Gallipolis, OH. They give out a heaping amount of food for cheap. Their biscuits are the size of a burger bun and all homemade. I got biscuits and gravy. My other two travelers got eggs and bacon, and a big breakfast platters. They've got inside, take out and drive thru available. The staff was great. The food was great. The prices we're great and the atmosphere was outstanding, as in, very friendly folks. Staff, patrons, just everybody. Had a great time eating there. Might try there lunch tomorrow. But I think they close in early afternoon. So I have to stop in before 2 p.m., I think is what someone around me mentioned.... Anyway, good place to eat and relax for a bit. Stopped here last weekend with my friends for some breakfast on our way into Point Pleasant. I opted for the big breakfast which includes eggs as you like them, homefries, meat (sausage or bacon), baked apples and of course a biscuit. The eggs were cooked well but could have been a bit warmer. The potatoes were good. The biscuit which was surprisingly quite large was fairly good. I enjoyed the sausage with my meal which was a good size patty not to greasy and went well with the biscuit. The entire order with a drink came in at about $8 so not bad. I went with the sweet tea which I felt may have been brewed a bit on the stronger side. I usually prefer a lighter sweeter flavor if going the sweet tea route. Overall a good experience and a refreshing change from standard fast food fare. If you happen to come across one it's worth grabbing a bite. They do serve lunch items as well but I can't speak for those as I only had the breakfast. read more

This was a good breakfast biscuit. The biscuit was tender, moist, and had a good flavor. The egg was freshly cooked. My wife had sausage, egg and cheese and I had bacon, egg and cheese. The food there is good but, the service is terrible. I have been there multiple times and went to the drive thru on my way to work. I get " hold on" as the only person in the drive thru, then "I'll take ur order with a long pause of a couple mins. So I pull to the window then get asked what did u order again? Please hire competent ppl to work for you!!!! read more
