The end result was a small but delicious banh mi filled with marinated tofu, for which I appreciate the option to do a little customization on the toppings. They emphasize their house, pickled carrots and daikon. I also got a tea that delivered strongly on flavor. I took some noodles to eat later, and these had apparently the same marinated tofu, which was still good as well as a slight excess of salty sauce. The place has its limitations, but it is a success in offering genuinely Vietnamese and vegetarian cuisine.
