This store only had 2 other purses that were similar to the one I had, so there was not much selection as the colors were similar to each other. I looked at purses, but most were not the same (this is just based on preference). I was informed that the outlet stores won't carry much of the selection I had. I ended up getting a blanket that was deeply discounted. I only get Vera Bradley items when they are on sale as the regular price is always too high no matter which store you purchase items from. I wanted a thin, alternating marquise diamond ring but wanted the stones to only cover the top half of my very small size 4 finger, so that when I closed my hands together I wouldn't feel the ridges on the side. I know, super picky right? When I walked into Four Seasons I was greeted immediately. I must admit my Mandarin isn't great, so I was afraid that the employees would look down on me or not give me good service (let's be honest, that's how some shops are). But I was wrong! They say they treat their customers like their friends, I felt like I was treated like their family. When I told them what I was looking for, they listened and understood, were patient, and transparent with their pricing. I've never seen a place whip out a notebook pad and tell you exactly the grams of metal or diamond carat, list out each price, labor, and show you the total. They told me they could custom make the ring I wanted and this would be the estimated cost. It took me about a month to receive my ring and I love it! It was exactly what I asked for and was ready by the time they promised. When I called asking if it ready, they knew exactly who I was and what I ordered before I really said much. They remember their customers! They were also kind enough to polish my engagement ring for free even though it wasn't purchased from them. It took work and patience to help me choose which stones to use, stay within my budget, and make the most of what I already had. The whole process, including communication and additional approvals with the designer in Hong Kong, was seamless and professional. I'll admit I worried I'd asked for the impossible (as my stones were close but not a perfect match to those in the inspiration design), but the finished ring is even more beautiful than the photo I showed them. It's honestly the prettiest piece I've ever owned, and so special because it was custom made. Eva and her brother are knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly skilled. I've never designed jewelry for myself before, nor do I ever really treat myself to something like this, but I'm so glad I did. Four Seasons made the entire experience unforgettable!
