As a guy, I wasn't sure what to expect going into it. Bre made the process easy, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions without making it feel awkward. The treatment itself was a lot different than I expected, and I ended up really liking it. After finishing my sessions, I could definitely see a difference in my midsection, which was exactly what I was hoping for. What I appreciated most was that Bre was straightforward from the beginning. She explained what the treatment could realistically do and never overpromised anything. The location was not easy to get to with lots of traffic. At least parking was paid for up to 2 hours. I walked in and it was a basic ambiance. I was seated in a very small waiting area, no robes offered like my usual spa. It was basic with tea, water, and only white wine. No snacks. I felt like it's not a place to relax before or after, it's truly "get in and get out." As I left, I saw a much larger, prettier waiting room, so I'm not sure how they determine who waits where. All in all, for the price, I won't be going back. No negatives about the esthetician as she did a good job.

She is 100% real with you and if she feels that you will not benefit from an injection for a particular problem she will let you know. One of my biggest problems I wanted to address was my eye troughs, and she explained the different causes of under eye discoloration and how I would not benefit from filler since my issue was not due to volume loss. She provided me advice on alternative solutions like Vitamin C. I was able to get the Botox in areas she felt would provide the greatest benefit / bang for my buck AND explained her injection placement. She did not want me to lose my natural high eyebrow arch :) Overall, the staff is very nice, the office has such a gorgeous view, Gina is fantastic, and I highly recommend this team for your glow up needs!

I decided to go with this office because she did such a great job on my friends facelift, however, I think she should just stick with this procedure. Dr. Smith, completely messed up my nose. I had a bulbous nose to begin with and she took skin from my ear placed it over on the bulbous tip, which was already big to begin with. This placement has left a demarcation where the old and new is, leaving the columella uncovered with no repairs done to the area. I knew when that cast came off that the surgery was done completely wrong. Additionally, with the extra skin placed on the bulbous tip, the tip is pulling down and the base is causing the nostrils to look enlarged and flair out. I have gone to three experienced plastic surgeons and Mayo Clinic and all are echoing the same feeling that this Doctor showed a lack of knowledge, disregard, and disconnectedness to me (the patient). So, I have found a physician, who will have to shave the tip and use cadaver tissue to build the nose back up where the foundation is falling apart. I am in constant pain and regret every single day going to this horrible office. I have not reached out, because nothing will be done. People do your DUE DILIGENCE!!!! Just because she did an internship at a Beverly Hills office does not mean she is qualified to do this surgery. I have reached out to the office she interned at, the Doctor was appalled on how my nose looked. Anyway, please everyone do your homework!
