Ok. I have never ever left a yelp review, but I got a clip and a shave here from Stef. I made an appointment a couple weeks ago. Showed up a little early today. She had another guy in the chair. Took a risk going to a new place to get a head shave, Josh said he could handle a razor no problem. Normally skeptical but he did his part on point. Great service, highly recommend Josh! He was the best at what he does. Cutting hair. He's very friendly, upon walking in. He greeted me with extra dose of warmth. He was personable and quick to listen and understand what I wanted to get done as a cut goes. Place is clean, lacks nothing. I don't live in Pasadena, but would definitely love to come back here if at all possible. Finding the right, Barber has always been hard for me. My older sister would cut my hair because she was a pretty successful hairstylist, so I never knew how to really ask for a proper haircut because she just cuts my hair the way she sees fit. Ever since she moved to Long Beach it's been a real struggle to find a good barber close by. it has always been a form of anxiety for me. And believe me nothing lifts aman, spirit than a great haircut. Thank God I found halftime cuts. These guys are amazing. I have practically gotten my haircut from all the barbers, and they are simply amazing but I have to say the diamond at this place is Stef. She is a true master of her craft. The moment I sat in her chair, and she started creating, i knew I was in good hands. She once told me that it was like coloring for her that she sees all the angles and all the sides and tries to perfect whatever's in front of her as a work of art. She's a serious, no nonsense type of person that fully immerses her self in each and every cut. But she's also funny and has great customer service. It's hard for me to relax,but at half time cuts. Those 30 minutes feels like a spa at a men's barbershop if that makes any sense.you just feel relaxed and know that you're going to be taken care of. From the owner to the barbers thank you for being an amazing team. I have never left a review before and this feels right. people that are Good, and masters of their craft should be applauded. so if you ever want to get a good haircut, this place must be the Place.
