Definitely the best around, everything on the menu is marvelous!! Try them now before the line gets long, this is one of those places you are going to hear about for a long time.

The service is amazing! On top of the food. I get the chicken shawarma wrap with seasoned fries on the regular. Although the falafel with hummus is really good as well as the grape leaves! Im still working on trying the full menu because i just know it will taste good !

Italian Chicken Shawarma (soooo good omg the bread!!)

I haven't posted on Yelp in a long time, but I wanted to break my hiatus to review this delightful little Middle Eastern food truck in the lot of the Texaco. It has a halal cart Levantine menu featuring shawarma, gyro, and kebabs. We tried a handful of the offerings: a) the Italian Chicken Shawarma, which is seasoned sliced chicken and cheese with garlic sauce pressed in a fluffy sesame flatbread sandwich (omg that bread), a fun fusion sandwich, highly recommended; b) Beef Shawarma Arabi: a generous portion of seasoned beef with plenty of white sauce, very nice and moist in a wrap cut into shareable wedges; c) Kebab over Rice: a moist, tender kebab made of a lamb and beef mix ground by the owner, soooo good atop fragrant yellow basmati rice; d) Falafel over Hummus: crispy fresh falafel on creamy, delicious hummus rich with tahini flavor. I'd order any and all of these items again. Everything was fresh, with more than generous portions, including on the sauces (I always want more sauce!).

I don't do Halal. The meat tastes rotten to me. Use regular, high end local fresh, never frozen meat and we will return.

I am mesmerized by all the selections at Mezzeme!…read more The soup, beyti, and mezze plates were absolutely amazing. The truffle fries were so yummy too! I also tasted a little bit of the salmon from my friend's order. It was cooked over a wood fire, and the taste and aroma were incredible. Now I know exactly what I'll be ordering next time! We finished with cold baklava and Turkish tea--what a beautiful feast to end a Sunday night. Highly recommended!

I stopped by MezzeMe on a whim when I was looking for lunch in the Triangle and I'm glad I did! I…read morearrived around 1pm on a Wed and it was pretty hopping so don't expect it to be empty just because its a weekday! I put in a to-go order for a kibbeh wrap; the price seemed typically high for the area, but when I got my order its quite a sizable wrap so all-in-all a pretty good deal! The food did take about 20 minutes to come out- I wasn't going to complain as there was a line of people the whole time so I could tell it was busy, but when I did get my food they apologized for the wait and gave me some free baklava so even if there had been hard feelings that would have 100% fixed it lol I'm a huge baklava fan and had actually been considering adding some onto my order but didn't because of the long line! So service was great, but most importantly- the food! The kibbe wrap was huge; I managed to finish the whole thing but in two different sittings lol. The kibbe was generous, and the pieces were flavorful and juicy. The veggies were fresh and crisp, and the whole thing was lightly sauced but the flavor of the kibbe popped enough that I didn't think it needed more sauce. Delicious and I would 100% order again. Plus the (free!) baklava was top notch! Sometimes you get the ones where the filo dough is a little tough/chewy and it still tastes great but the texture isn't there- not with this baklava! It was tender, delicious, and a perfect end to the meal. Parking was limited on the street but I believe the Triangle has garages also- I was able to snag a short term parking spot for MezzeMe which is actually why I originally decided to check it out!

Started coming here two years ago when relocating to the neighborhood from Pittsburgh. While it's a chain (shops in Cali, this one, and I believe one in Pflugerville), the quality of the food that comes out is far from institutionalized corporate chain junk. Everything is always fresh and made to order. The tabouleh is actually really decent. Grilled saffron chicken, saffron rice, perfectly seasoned and flavored. I usually get the chicken kebab plate. Other items I've had and can recommend are the wraps (usually go with building my own), I also really love the steak and chimichurri bowl. My boyfriend is crazy about the kebab fries, falafel, and different bowls as well as wraps and platter dishes. I'll often add a side of grilled veggies to my order (peppers, zucchini, etc.). Huge portions always means leftovers when not sharing a meal with my boyfriend. It's a convenient location for us especially if we're taking big walks and want to fuel up beforehand or fill up afterwards. Counter service is helpful and friendly. Modern cafe-style decor with high-top tables, metal stools. Never a bad experience.

The food here is consistently delicious and well-portioned for the price. Highlights are the super…read moreduper wrap (as big as my forearm), the crave fries, and falafel. This is my default spot when I don't want to think about what to get, and beats the neighboring Chipotle any day. No notes. Shoutout to Julio and the rest of the staff for the genuinely cheerful service that keeps me coming back for more and leaving with a smile.
