They come in various flavours, and if you want to try some I would advise getting there before 7pm (as there is limited stock). The Ramen is great. Beware their 'Volcano' hot ramens as they are very spicy. The 'Volcano' was too much for my gf who prides herself on being able to eat hot foods... and I have no idea how someone can have the 'Super Volcano' variant. I really enjoy their Waygu Beef Curry Udon, which is really tasty. Their other dishes are good too; the Agadashi tofu is great, crispy and soft with delicious sauce. Gyoza was tasty. This was the most outstanding Omakase experience I have ever had ( and I have been to Japan many…read moretimes). Chef Morita pays extreme attention to detail in sourcing the right product, presenting each course with exacting balance and appearance, while maintaining traditional methods. Even the sushi rice used comes from a rice 'sommelier' in Japan sourcing a custom product. The balance between fish, rice and sauce is absolute perfection. There are no shortcuts taken here - I hope every customer can appreciate how much thought and effort go into making this top notch authentic Japanese dining experience.
