On top of that the egg was way overcooked. Meh. Manpuku takes a page out of Ramen Zundo's book and offers a Red (chili) and Black (soy) ramen and they also use bean sprouts and cabbage. Not necessarily bad, just different. The best part of the dish were the noodles since they're al dente...but overcooked egg, cold chashu, and a tepid broth make this place one I don't plan on frequenting again.

There are drinks, but no alcohol. They have a water station and a condiment station. Once you get your food, stop by the condiments and load up on what you want, all free!
