Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

A mattress should improve sleep, not create health issues. The warranty claim process was extremely difficult and frustrating. Filing a claim took far too much effort, and when an inspector was finally sent out, it felt like the decision had already been made before he arrived. My claim was denied because he said he found a stain on the mattress, which came across as a convenient reason to reject the warranty rather than a fair inspection. I would not recommend American Furniture for mattresses or major purchases. Also, to be clear, there was no major stain on the mattress. The claim was denied based on a minor mark that does not affect the structure, support, or performance of the mattress, which was the actual concern being reported. When customers purchase a mattress with a warranty, it is the store's responsibility to clearly explain what can void that warranty at the time of sale. It was never explained that a minor, non-structural mark could result in a complete denial years later, regardless of the defect being claimed. The issue here is not whether mattress covers are recommended. The issue is that the warranty process felt designed to deny claims rather than fairly evaluate them. The inspection appeared predetermined, and the stain was used as a blanket reason to dismiss the complaint without addressing the actual problem of support failure. Saying this is "industry standard" does not make it acceptable. Customers reasonably expect a warranty to protect them from defects, not to be nullified by common, non-structural issues after years of normal use. The sellers had 2 lounges, 2 chairs, a semi-circle couch, a gas fire pit with a stone top and a large dining table that sat 10. After being told "no and please do not ask again" the first two times, the seller relinquished the chairs, couch and fire pit on our third attempt and my wife and I were thrilled because the pieces were way above the quality of the big box stores and they fit perfectly in our yard. Regarding the furniture itself, the iron is solid, heavy duty and the welds look overdone (to my eye). The finish is clean and stylish and holds up to the desert heat and cold. While my folks were in town to visit our new home we stumbled upon the Phoenix location and met with Justin who listened to our excitement about the pieces we got and answered our questions about the other items we hoped to replace. My mom ended up ordering 2 lounges as a house warming gift (to replace the ones we did not acquire with the home) and Justin made the sales process very friendly and easy going (he stayed past closing to finish our paperwork).
