She was very accommodating and we scheduled one for a few hours after my call. I came in a little before my appointment and there was no wait. Dilsa was very personable and sweet, all while giving me a fresh cut. I'm very particular about my hair, and she made sure it was to my liking. As for styling, I'm usually not a fan of salon styling, only to go home and fix it. Dilsa gave me some beautiful curls that lasted all day. I sent my daughter there to get a hair cut and get a part of her hair changed to blonde. The owner of this place gave us a price of $130 for Boleosh Color, $100 for hair cut. She doubled the price to $400, because she used more foil and product, she said. Note to the owner: "I recommend you let your clients know of the change in the price, prior to doing the work, and don't surprise them, and hide behind the fact you are so pro, up beat, and you serve the rich people and we don't deserve to live in your neighborhood... etc. " The owner of this place took advantage of my daughter, what a pathetic losing way of extracting money from people!!!! We are not happy with the results at all!!! The vibe was impeccable and I felt very taken care of as she wasn't working on two other people at the same time as I have encountered in the past. She personally does the whole service which REALLY matters to me as I have had assistants fry my hair on two occasions now.
