Secondly, I got my haircut by Mary, and she absolutely saved me. I came in with very damaged hair past my shoulders, and I really didn't think there was much we could do to improve my hair. But Mary was so kind and warm and so thoughtful in listening to what problems I had with my hair, and came up with an absolute masterpiece. She was able to make my hair look so much healthier, thicker, and remove so much of the damaged hair but still give me such a flattering cut with amazing layers that frame my face. She really cares about her clients and the health of their hair - if what you want can damage your hair, she goes over it with you. She is unlike others, who do whatever for money. The products she uses are always top notch, and she is consistently finding new products to share that add hair health attributes while in her chair, and at home. Went in and was seen by Victoree for a balayage. The salon itself is beautiful, everything is neatly organized and clean. Chairs are comfortable and staff is very friendly. You are offered a drink of choice when you come in and so those morning when I am in a hurry and forget to have a cup of coffee--- this place is helpful for that pick me up. The interaction between me and my stylist felt organic, she was thorough and asked clarifying questions so that we could achieve what I was looking for. You'd think if she were professional she'd pick up the phone but she took the cowards way out for canceling. Unprofessional to say the least. My former hairdresser I had for 19 years never canceled one appointment. Jennifer needs lessons in had to treat a client. She's not all that and glad I found a clean shop and professional hairdresser.

Well I just called (same day as my appointment) to reschedule because of personal reasons (they never asked and since it's personal I wasn't open to share unless asked) and they told me since it's within their cancellation window they will be charging me the full $185 amount for me to not get my hair done. This place wasn't even good let alone great in order to come back. Also, my hair was always well into the $300 and I do baby lights. I did toner once and $300+ for a level 1 is insane!! I will never be returning.
