She is a master at cutting short hair and absolutely rocks as a master colorist, she is even able to get my "sparkles" covered. I sit down in her chair and she ask's what we're going. I always tell her I have no idea, just do what you do best and she always does, I have never been disappointed with my cut or color. She suggested that we go back to the Brown Sugar color, with a splash of golden brown for a hint of red, and my golden blond highlights, the brown sugar is as close to my natural color as you can get but is much richer and deeper in color, on April 9th. I am so glad we decided with this color! She always makes me feel amazing after I am finished in her chair. She is always positive, up beat, and always makes you smile and laugh. If you want a cut or color with Karen you'll have to call and book in advance as she is only there Sunday's and Monday's.

When I arrived, Chloe greeted me, sat me in her chair and introduced her father, who would be doing the cut. At the time of checkout, I was presented with a credit card scanner for her father in the amount of $90 for the cut (isn't the haircut included with coloring fee?). Then came a different scanner for a company called Glossed, LLC in the amount of $400. She should have mentioned her fee and company and not blindside me with this outrageous charge. She never mentioned that she had her own business (Glossed, LLC) or her own price point other than what the website that she is working under states. $490 plus tip is an outrageous fee, and nothing was ever mentioned about it, I was assuming I would be paying $250 plus tip on the website of the salon where she works. I did text Chloe with regard to this false advertising and have received no response. Zero transparency and an outrageous fee makes me go elsewhere.

I had an appointment elsewhere for April 2 that got canceled so when I got an appointment with Ky as soon as Thurston County got the go ahead I was thrilled. Ky is so genuinely sweet and friendly you can't help but have a good conversation with her as she goes to work on your hair. I had a deep condition, cut, and balayage with her and loved how it turned out. Balayage is an art form and Ky is passionate about her work and the finished product. She is super knowledgeable and offers cuts and toning touch ups for a modest fee. People obviously underestimate the abilities of this young stylist but they shouldn't! She doesn't disappoint!

This place is clean, calm and the stations are spaced so that you have some privacy. I stopped by to check the place out and get some advice. The receptionist was extremely kind and she got someone to come up and give me some suggestions. Ciara had an opening later that afternoon so I lucked out. Ciara knows what she's doing. She's kind, talented and my hair looks great. It can be stressful going to a new salon but not at this place. I was made to feel welcome and everyone there seems to really enjoy their work and it's just overall a happy place. I highly recommend this salon and I'll definitely go back to see Ciara. Thank you!

It's over all just an amazing place. This is actually the first time I reviewed a place, it's not really my thing but this spot was just so cool I had too. I will definitely be returning.

Yvonne is awesome!
