She really cares about her clients and the health of their hair - if what you want can damage your hair, she goes over it with you. She is unlike others, who do whatever for money. I did receive a quick reply but it only said "sorry I'm not available" as if I was putting her out. They could have replied, "thank you for your inquiry, not accepting new clients at this time" or "the time frame you provided doesn't work with my schedule, can we see if we can schedule another time?" or basically any sort of kindness at all. My schedule is open but they wouldn't know because they didn't ask, guess they don't need or want new business.

Went in and was seen by Victoree for a balayage. The salon itself is beautiful, everything is neatly organized and clean. Chairs are comfortable and staff is very friendly. You are offered a drink of choice when you come in and so those morning when I am in a hurry and forget to have a cup of coffee--- this place is helpful for that pick me up. The interaction between me and my stylist felt organic, she was thorough and asked clarifying questions so that we could achieve what I was looking for. Pricing is fair for the area and also based on experience level of the stylist. I've already been twice for my hair and twice for facials. Highly recommend the signature facial btw! Well I just called (same day as my appointment) to reschedule because of personal reasons (they never asked and since it's personal I wasn't open to share unless asked) and they told me since it's within their cancellation window they will be charging me the full $185 amount for me to not get my hair done. This place wasn't even good let alone great in order to come back. Also, my hair was always well into the $300 and I do baby lights. I did toner once and $300+ for a level 1 is insane!! I will never be returning.
