New to the area and finding a stylist isn't easy but this is not the place to go. I've been getting highlights all my life and somehow I walk in for a scheduled highlight and walkout $300 later with a balayage? I asked for my blonde to be touched up. She looked at my hair and was like "kind of like balayage?" And I said yes because my previous hairstylist always referred to my hair as "balayage-ish". I should've known something was wrong when she wiped out syran wrap instead of foil so that's my fault for not speaking but but I'm a trusting person. I also needed a trim. JUST a trim. Homegirl chopped my hair off and then gaslit me by telling me she didn't. Ontop of that she told me it was my fault for how I sleep that one side was growing better than the other so she had to fix it. I understand my hair was damaged on the ends but she easily took 2-3 inches off. I cried the whole way home. How do you not talk to someone before doing that? Communicate to your client what needs to happen and don't just get scissor happy because you think that's what is best. Now I gave it 2 stars because I guess the "blending" is good? To be honest I can't even tell because the money pieces are just blocks in the front of my face, my hair is too short, and the cut job is awful. read more

I walked into this location around 1 PM... There's another young lady getting her hair done, and they were working on checking someone else out at the register. They greeted me warmly, ask me to have a seat, and helped me very quickly. I explained that I used to get my haircut at the other location off of Centerville Turnpike... Unfortunately, that location shut down and my stylist moved elsewhere. Her new location is much further for me, so in a desperate moment in which my schedule was tight and I needed a cut, I went to a "fast food" style hair salon... I definitely regret that... My cut (at the other place, not here) was choppy and not at all what I asked for... I have hesitated going somewhere to get it fixed, knowing I would need to pay again. I do not regret a penny that I spend today, however, because Michelle did an incredible job and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only did she fix my hair and fade it perfectly, she showed me a couple of different options to stylet without having to use a flat iron, and even encourage me to go with my "natural wave" and showed me how to work with it... something no one has ever taken the time to do before. I really enjoy what she showed me and it's going to save me a ton of time in the morning. I spent a few extra dollars to be here instead of someplace quick and cheap, but it's worth every penny for Michelle's experience, her friendly demeanor, and a cut that I am extremely happy with! I will be back in 6 to 8 weeks, no contest. read more

I went in wanting to get "Mommy and Daughter" cuts. I went first and got about 6+ inches chopped off. The stylist butchered the back of my hair with the layers. She asked if she could fix it, but I didn't want her taking any more length off. She could tell I was upset, so she didn't make me pay. I definitely didn't let her touch my daughter's hair. Needless to say, I will be sticking to my normal salon even if it takes a month before I can come in. read more

I called on a Friday and inquired about an appointment for a consultation and balayage. I was scheduled for 11:30 on Saturday (the following day). Later that same evening, I called back to ask for an estimated length of time. The male who answered the phone saying it depended on several factors, but there was plenty of time blocked out. I was told it could take 2 to 4 hours, which was fine. I was excited, because as a mom and a nurse- I don't get alot of time to "treat" myself. I arrive at my scheduled appointment time of 11:30, and was told that I arrived before the stylist. The salon has several chairs, 2 were in use. The place was pretty empty. Another male stylist was working on a customer and said, "He's here, just in the back." While I was waiting, an older woman was inquiring about her appointment of relaxer and roller set. When she was told it was going to be $100, she stated she's never paid that before and always had her hair done by the same person- Ariel (I believe). The stylist said, "She must not be charging you for the roller set then". The older woman ends up paying $70 instead (plus whatever tip). I thought it was odd she was negotiating the price essentially. However, I will say that I don't know if the salon leaves final judgement of cost up to the stylist. After 15 minutes, I was seated with Dale. He was nice and asked what I was looking for, I explained and showed pictures. At the end of me talking, he says, "I'm not really a colorist, so I need to schedule you with someone else another day." I was confused- because I literally double checked my appointment. I agreed to make another appointment with a different stylist. Dale says, "It will be with Jordan" and points to the stylist who was sitting in a chair on her cellphone. I asked for the earliest available, Dale says 10:30. I agree, then Jordan looks up and asks if I can come at 11 instead. At this point, I'm just agreeing with everyone/anything so I can just leave and never return. Also, I previously got a haircut by Kris at this location, it turned out awful and blunt. I never said anything about it. The place was completely empty at that time, but it could have been the time of day. I almost get the feeling that this is a great clips-hair cut factory type place that is masquerading as a salon. The empty salon both times should have been a warning sign. read more

Best place I've gone to for hair color. I had Jordan as my stylist and she did a fantastic job and the price was great to. She also did my step daughters hair and it came out fantastic. I found the stylist I'm sticking to which I recommend especially for people who want to do fun colors. read more

I have been going to Hair 360 for about 2 years now. I've always seen Kris until today, and she wasn't working. My 10-year old desperately needed a cut, and I wanted one as well. They were able to take both of us as walk-ins. The salon is always clean and the atmosphere is cozy. I hear the stylists and their clients having genuine conversations. Kris always knocks it out of the park with my color and style. I am so glad I found her...she's a gem! As long as I live in VB, I will never go anywhere else. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of my daughter's stylist today but her hair also turned out fabulous. And Dale my hair today and also killed it! He took his time and was very meticulous on trimming, which is much appreciated. Love that they offer a military discount for members and their dependents. Highly recommend this salon! read more

It's been over a year since I got a haircut, and was ready for someone to convince me to let go of the messy bun in a scrunchy. It was not attractive, and my hair has become so thin after having children. I read the reviews about Dale and made an appointment with him; he took my shoulder length hair up to an angled bob. My hair looks so healthy and shiny now. At first I was really concerned that he cut it way too short, as he brought out the clippers and buzzed any remnants of my long-ish hair! But then after walking out and showing my family and neighbors, they all loved it, and I do too. Dale is fun and energetic, and very good with precision cuts! The place was clean and the hair dresser was friendly. If you did not have appointment scheduled you can still walk in. It cost me around $35 for the hair wash, hair cut and blow dry. It was reasonable price. I would definately go there again. read more

Went about a week ago & it was the best experience! Kris is all around awesome! I dont trust a lot of people with my hair, so I was a little nervous going in. My hair was so damaged I gad to cut about 18inches off to make it healthy & Kris was totally understamding when I kept second guessing myself, but I'm so glad she worked with me & encouraged me to make my hair healthy again no matter how short it got! I received a wash/dry with a haircut. The atmosphere was comfortable. I got a family oriented vibe. The woman styling my hair was comforting and friendly. The shampoo and blow dry was fine. The flat ironing that my hair requires before cutting, not so much. I specified to the woman several times that my coarse, frizzy hair needed to be flat Ironed up to the scalp. The woman refused to do so stating that their boss didn't allow them to flat iron close to the scalp. She finished with the flat ironing and my hair was still puffy not straight all the way through. I was not able to get her to do anymore. The haircut wasn't bad. The stylist talked me through each step and reassured me as she cut. I was overall happy with the haircut as well as the price I paid. My only issue was that I was charged extra to have my hair flat ironed yet did not receive an adequate job. I did not leave the salon confident in my new hairstyle, ( I wore a hat home due to the puffiness) I went home and finished my hair myself. I did come in on a Sunday and I enjoyed the ability to walk-in and immediately be taken care of. read more

I was in the area and looking for salon near me and I saw this place. Saw some reviews and I walked in to get my haircut. I told the lady that I want bobcut and A little bit of layer and shoulder length. Usually when you're chopping off a pretty good length which in my case was roughly 18 inches, they will ask you before they start cutting it if the length was fine. She didn't ask me and just went and cut it, when I realized that it was way too short I kinda stopped her but I know it was too late. I know it's going to grow but I wasnt mentally prepared for under ear length and the cut wasn't as great either. I showed her the picture that I want but it was not close to it. I already knew when she was trying to layer my hair that it's not going to look good. She pretty much just lift 4 parts or section of my hair to layer it. She even missed to cut some hairs to. I didn't take a pic of it bc I was really disappointed. I'm giving them 3 stars because all the staff were nice. read more

Dale is the best! He had people waiting for him and I was an appt. The reason why? People noticed my hair getting done, that it had been cut and restyled. He's that good at what he does. He takes pride in his work and is very friendly, no drama or anything like that. He's been highly recommended before and I highly recommend him to any one. I went in to get my roots done and the person who normally does my hair was busy so I let CHRIS do it. I told her I just need the roots done. She changed the color and placement of the highlights. I told her immediately that I did not like it when I saw it. She said come back in a week and she will fix it. I told her a week is too soon because my hair will feel damaged and I will wait longer. Almost 4 weeksgo by and I go in. I explain that I will pay for some since roots are showingabout1/2". SHE REFUSES TO FIX WHATSHE DID WRONG BECAUSE I DID NOT COME IN WITHIN A WEEK. I spent $200 including a decent 20% tip expecting her fix it at a later time. I would not recommend this place. read more

Been getting my hair cut for a few months now. I see Linzey there who does a lot of men's cuts. In talking with her she also specializes in color as well. Her spunky personality is awesome and she is an excellent conversationalist. She doesn't try to push products on you and will give you a haircut that complements your face and body. She isn't afraid to take time to get the haircut exactly the way you want it. I always look forward to going there. read more

The stylist I saw at this salon talked me out of what I wanted and I was not happy with the service provided. They eventually said they would fix it but I would have to pay the difference, however, that is not satisfactory to me because at this point I just want my money back. Worst experience ever! I set up an appointment with the owner of the salon. I wanted to have my hair colored from light brown to a dirty blonde. With it being my first time getting my hair colored I was very nervous but she reassured me that she has been doing it for so long so I trusted her. She bleached my whole head and left it in for three hours!! I'm surprised I had hair after I left. Once she was done I sat under the dryer for about 30 minutes to finish. When she pulled the foil out my hair was completely platinum blonde! But she left my roots alone. I looked like a mix between a Barbie and a skunk! I had to rush out of there as fast as I could because I felt the tears forming in my eyes. She said that if I was to come back in a week she could put low lights in it for me but told me she would still have to charge me full price for it because I asked to have blonde in my hair. I did not ask to look like a skunk or have any part of platinum in my hair at all! My hair was left so damaged and I was so embarrassed until I got an appointment at Picassos hair salon where they worked a miracle on my hair and got me the color that I first ask for. I had a coworker that would get highlights at hair 360 and once she saw my hair she decided to go to Picassos from now on. Absolutely worst experience ever! I don't know how she is a stylist. **Update- thought it was worth updating about. The owner went as far as messaging me just now and threatening me to take down my post or she would contact the proper authorities. Not only does she make my first hair coloring experience the worst but then continues to bully me through message saying I am making up the whole thing and I should be ashamed of myself. I wrote this long review because I don't want anyone to ever go through the experience I went through. I would highly advise you to find another place to take your business to. read more

I haven't been to this salon, so I can't speak for the general atmosphere. However, my hair stylist Melissa has recently moved to this salon and she is incredible! I came in to her with extremely damaged, poorly colored hair for for color correction. She is an extremely talented colorist and made my blonde hair look stunning and natural! In fact, when I went to LA a week later I had people stopping me on the street to ask where I had my hair done. Highly, highly recommend going to see her.....you won't regret it! read more

I agree I haven't gone for a hair cut there or any where since my unfortunate visit. I asked for layers and side bangs my hair was basically all one length..not too hard of a task,but she chopped uneven layers and for bangs just had a piece hair sniped straight acrossed(side bangs are supposed to be on a angle)...and thats all after my hair pulling/yanking shampoo job...I want to say I wouldn't recommend this salon,but it may just be limted to the hair stylest I had... read more
