Wow! Operator Frank is amazing! Seriously! Kind, professional, fricken surgeon with driving and handling a tow. I'm just forever thankful that he got us and our cat home safe after losing our keys after Knotts Berry Farm. What a gem! He works so hard and has such a beautiful demeanor. Thanks be to God for this man and the excellent service he provided!! read more

Worst service tow service around went from 1 hr wait to 3 hrs to 5 hrs to wait for an "emergency tow service"

My driver Andrew was the best tow driver I've ever had. He had my truck hooked up and on our way in no time at all! He's very polite and knowledgeable too! I had a fantastic experience with Andrew and Hadley towing. Thanks again, James read more

We called AAA last evening due to a dead battery while we were parked at the Irvine Marriott. Hadley Tow stated they would be out in 30 minutes which in reality turned out to be 1hr and 15 minutes, otherwise they would have received 5 stars. Sergio Alvarado came out and tested the battery and alternator and found the battery to have a bad cell. He stated he had a 6 year 3 year replacment battery from AAA for $198 installed. We agreed and he installed the battery in approximately 15 minutes including the paperwork. His customer service skills were very good and I appreciated his very transparent and honest approach to solving our dilemma. Highly recommended. read more

Yesterday I was broken down on the freeway and I called AAA. They hired Hadley town to come get me. All I had was a flat tire. Apparently, Hadley Tow is so inept they cant even fix a flat tire. After 3-4 hours of waiting the tow guy comes... says he can't fix my flat tire and the takes pictures of my work van and then leaves... leaving me stranded on the freeway.... The dispatch kept lying and telling me the driver was 10 mins away... he was hours away the entire time. The put ON LOCATION to AAA but were LYING! Don't trust this company... their liars and soulless read more

I had my car towed, because of an accident back in Oct 2014. Luis Hernandez was the one who signed the paperwork. I had a lot of items missing from my car when I returned back to it. They left my car in the lot with all four windows down and the doors were unlocked. Plus, I had to pay extra for their overnight and weekend fee. read more

I called Hadley Tow-Orange from the city of Orange on Thursday morning My vehicle needed to be towed 3 miles to a dealership in Anaheim but was told by the dispatcher that they didn't serve the City of Orange. You have Orange in your ad! Dispatcher clearly didn't want to deal with the call. Will not cal again. Will not recommend. read more

Thank you! Great service! Patient! Shortest wait ever! EVER!!! The easiest tow I've ever experienced. FYI, they towed a large AWD suv.

Hadley Towing took my car from Orange to Whittier and back falling repairs on my wheelchair accessible van. They were amazing! Our driveway is not easily accessible yet the driver who returned the car took much time and effort to put it exactly where I needed it so I could get back in it using the ramp from the side door. Both drivers, the one who took the van and the one who brought it back, we're incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous I highly recommend Hadley Towing. read more

Totally blew out front right tire driving to LA from SD yesterday. Barely was able to pull to shoulder off freeway. I was stuck on the shoulder with no way to exit car b/c cars were driving like crazy driving on the off ramp. AAA is such a great service. Worth every penny. Called them and they sent out Hadley Tow asap. Josh, the tow guy, got there pretty quick and I was panicking , asking him if I should get out of car , or help him with something, or whatever. He gave me a big smile and said 'no, stay in the car , put on your seat belt, and I gots ya.' Swoon.... He changed my tire quickly and efficiently. He even picked up the old tire for me to see how it wasn't a nail that caused flat, but that indeed, the tire totally blew out. I'm a lucky girl - seriously - (the situation) could have been ALOT worse I would use this tow company again. Thanks Hadley and AAA! read more

This was the tow company that came to help me when I called AAA and it was the best service. The service guy, Chad, was awesome. He was very friendly and professional and gave me different options in regards to my car. My battery was dead. I decided to have him jump my car and then follow him back to their location (instead of sitting in my car and waiting) to get a new battery. When I got there, everything was taken care of in about ten minutes. While I was waiting, one of the other guys that worked there notice the air in my tires were kinda low and filled them all up for me, too. Great service! read more

Got in an accident and needed a tow and Harley was great!! He helped me so much. Im guessing he was the manager or something because his skills were great compared to my past experience with the company. Getting In a car crash was scary and Harley came through!! I don't normally write reviews but hope that kid gets recognized he went above and beyond to help me. I'll def be using you guys in the future. Thanks guys! read more

Who likes bending over and getting dominating by outrageously high fees? If you want some come and get it.

It is the worst place in the wotld. all the employee in this company espacially the women in the front desk in orange office named amanada who play in her mobile or talk without intersting for her work they dont know how to deal with human and they like to waste your time and money. I suggest anyone to dont deal with this company (especially after my terrible experience)if you dont want to waste time and money and if you dont want to have blood pressure or hard attack like whats happen to me. read more

One of Hadley's AAA young employees came onto our property by driving through the gate without checking in with our security. Did a U-turn in the middle of street and almost caused an accident. Instead of apologizing, he drove his car up to mine and started cussing and threatening me in front of my house. When I got out of my car to confront him, he wasn't so tough anymore. Who the hell do Hadley hired? read more

RIP OFF ARTISTS.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company towed my boat and trailer when the trailer wheel broke. The ruined my outboard engine costing me thousands of dollars and refused to even answer my calls. They are the most horrific company I have ever transacted with. FYI, this is my very first Yelp review.. I have never felt move to do this, but want to make sure that everyone knows what horrible company this is. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!! read more

Absolute worst customer service. Ebony is rude, short and appears to be irritated she gets a phone call to do her job!

I had a great experience with this company, Joe came out and helped me when I needed assistance after running out of gas, and he was both professional and prompt. Finding roadside assistance and total professionals that you can trust 100% is a tough thing to come by ordinarily. But Joe was terrific and the company will be my go-to in the future! Joe made my week, there really are some great service professionals out there! read more

Having to call for a tow truck is not usually fun. I had to call one because my car just died. Anthony came out, helped to reassure me, offered me many choices and helped me get back on the road. 0 stars. My daughter was in a four car collision and brought by ambulance to UCI. I called her insurance co to have car towed to an auto body shop. Her insurance is AAA. They would not release vehicle unless my daughter comes in and personally signs release. I called and explained that she was in hospital and couldn't come in to sign and ask if they could send release electronically, they said no. Just horrible. I said AAA is a reputable co and I'm sure they woul show there credentials read more

Locked my keys in my car yesterday in pouring rain. Called AAA for some help. They scheduled Hadley's Tow. When AAA gave me an estimated time I had to cancel as I was due in class. I called back to reschedule help after my class. Omar, from Hadley's arrived right on time, as scheduled. Was as nice as could be and super quick to help. He even told me that he had arrived earlier (AAA had not properly cancelled my initial request), and had left a note on my car because I was not there (I think the rain must have washed it away). He was not upset at all that he had been there earlier...just seemed genuinely glad to help. Very impressed with the kindness and level of service. A+, Omar! Thanks a million! read more

These guys also have a new branch in Costa Mesa. Let me tell you have they saved the day for me. I needed a tow and AAA sent out another tow company (it was supposed to be A&B, but they were too booked) Jim's Towing, who refused...eh..hum...should I say, made excuses why they could not two my car and left! A guy from Hadley had pulled into the parking lot I was stranded in and was eating a quick breakfast in is truck. He saw my very visible frustration and came over to see if he could help, and help he did. Did he try to charge me cash? No. Did he try to weasel out of the tow when he found out how far I had to go, like the other guy did? No. He just plain out helped me. This kind of business practice should be rewarded with repeat business. I just wish I had written the guy's name down to give him personal credit here. If you end up with car trouble, request Hadley. read more

Hadley Tow is Extraordinary! I have used them several times at the recommendation of AAA, and they are amazing! I have dealt with both Gregoria and Tony. I have not needed to be towed in many years but found myself in an unfamiliar neighborhood with a vehicle that was not going to go another inch. AAA sent Hadley tow to assist me. Frankie from Hadley rescued me and my car just after midnight. Driving home after a long shift at Hoag. 55N where the 405S merges onto 55. Was barely able to get my car to the shoulder. Got out of my car. No lighting on that stretch. Pretty frightening. Frankie called and reassured me he was almost there. Incredible young man. Very concerned for my safety. Thank you Frankie and Hadley. read more

Our 3/4 ton van broke down off 91 & 57 fwy. We called AAA requested a Flat bed truck due to the weight (we've done this 3 previous times) & they sent Hadley there local towing provider. 1st Hadley sends a standard tow truck regardless of being instructed on the weight and our request for a Flat bed. The driver was rude, and after a conversation it became clear that he or they (Hadley Towing) DID NOT WANT TO TOW OUR VEHICLE TO HUNTINGTON BEACH where we live. So they made up an excuse to AAA that it would be dangerous to tow even on a flat bed. Again we've done this 3 previous times with no issues. We then had to convince AAA that this was not true and please send out another company. ALL IN ALL IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS TO GET HOME. Having your car break down is one thing, but to have a company flat out lie because they prefer short tow's is another. HADLEY TOW IS THE WORST AND I WILL GLADLY SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE I SPEAK WITH. ( AAA should remove them from their prefered provider list) read more
