Upon arrival, they only allowed my daughter inside after verifying her driver's license. She couldn't find her current registration in the glovebox, and they refused to release the car despite us providing proof of insurance and past payment statements. We were stuck for 40 minutes with the AAA tow truck waiting. Fortunately, my wife found a copy of the car title, texted it to me, and they accepted it. After payment, they towed the car to the entrance for AAA to take it home. The process felt overly strict and expensive.
