took my gt350 to fix a water leak from the rear window. after the work was done - there is…read morewax/sealant residue all over my trunk, spoiler, and rear bumper from when they re-sealed the rear window. trunk deck lid has a crack. paint is chipped around the rear window from when they installed an re-installed the rear window. they also used too much of it that its poking out on the corner. they could of taken better care and paid better attention to what they were doing. now i have to replace the rear deck lid and possibly the rear spoiler. which aren't cheap and now its costing me an extra $400 - $900 to fix their mistakes.

To save money, I told him that I bought all of my parts he then told me that he couldn't do it. I would've saved myself 400 and something dollars. I spent only $178 for my complete kit on my car including the cylinders and he was trying to charge me 360+ in parts, and whatever the tax may be bringing the total to $800!! I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done).
