Booo! I had ate at the Beef O' Brady's in Defuniak Springs, Florida before Dothan's and had determined that I loved the Kentucky Bourbon flavor. It is a BBQ sauce with the flavor and spiciness of Bourbon. It is a phenomenal sauce. My other choice tonight was the Boom Boom sauce. It tasted and looked like the Yum Yum sauce found in Japanese establishments. For me, it just doesn't work as a wing sauce. It was very bland with no heat and flavor.
