Dear Management, I strongly suggest you take a closer look at your customer service team, especially the ladies working on October 16, 2026, around 7:30 PM. Because ladies, we need to talk. This is now my second visit in a row experiencing some of the worst customer service. I came to pick up my online orders, and apparently, acknowledging a customer is asking for too much. No "Hi, we'll be right with you," no eye contact, nothing. They see you standing there and act like you're part of the store's decor. When someone finally decides to acknowledge you, they ask what you're waiting for. You explain that you're picking up an order, they walk away without saying a word, and you're left standing there wondering if your order is coming or if you've accidentally entered a silent film. Ladies, I promise customers are not interrupting your world tour. We're simply trying to pick up orders we've already paid for! Jokes aside, this is a serious concern. Customer service is part of the job, and customers should not feel like a burden for expecting basic courtesy. I understand that everyone has bad days, but two consecutive visits with this kind of treatment suggest there may be a bigger issue that management needs to address. It's disappointing to see employees who appear so unhappy to be at work that they can't manage a simple greeting or communicate with customers. If you're unhappy in your position, that's something to work through with management, not take out on the people walking through the door. Ladies, DO BETTER. Seriously. A smile, a simple acknowledgment, and basic communication cost absolutely nothing. Nobody expects you to roll out the red carpet, but at least make customers feel like they're welcome. 600 pm, Sunday, June 14, 2026 I saw the new commercial for the wraps. I ordered a pickup order at Habit La Habra on the mobile app. It wasn't easy to find this new item. I found the combo deal for $10 but I didn't want the added side and drink. I finally found the a la cart wrap ($5). The wraps came in Caesar, BBQ, or avocado ranch varieties. There is no curbside, so either go inside or use the drive thru to get the order. I circled the building looking for curbside pickup but there was no designated area. Pretty good tasting avocado ranch wrap, and the was pressed in a panini press to toast it on both sides. The customer service was average. I was not impressed. The bag had no napkins, utensils, or additional sauces. The young lady said the wraps already included sauce... Well, what if I wanted more sauce??? read more

I'm really not a fan of places that are going 100% kiosk. We went in and ordered at a kiosk - fine - but when it was time to pay the machine was glitching and we couldn't get the card reader to connect with the kiosk screen. We stood there waiting to waive someone down but they won't even look at the people standing at the kiosks. Finally we just went to another kiosk since we couldn't ask someone for help. The shake was alright, the burgers were mid, the onion rings and fries were okay. Everything was just kind of mediocre. The both was a little run down, the bathroom was pretty dirty (which I'd usually just tell a staff member but I didn't bother trying to stand at the counter another 5 minutes without someone coming by), I don't think I'd come back to this particular location. read more

Really disappointing experience. Ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb salad and it was clearly not fresh. The avocado was rotted, brown, and gross with bits of peel still stuck to it, the egg was missing the yolk, and the lettuce had multiple brown, wilted pieces. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to go back, which made it even more frustrating since I couldn't really eat it. Been here a few times. Not sure why i don't come more often. It's convenient with online ordering and a drive thru. Today I ordered online and when I arrived, the drive thru line was lonnng. However, I did come on a promotion day so that should be expected. Inside there are several kiosks to order from. All the employees were assisting in the kitchen and drive-thru. There was confusion on the orders and they didn't seem to be in sync with eachother. The male cook and female packaging the orders seemed to know what they were doing, but I watched as my "online order" lettuce wrapped char burger box kept getting passed around from drive thru area back to kitchen. They seemed confused as to which bad it went into. I'm glad I wasn't in a rush or starving! Lol Not a big deal, just funny to watch. They were busy and trying to do the best possible, they just needed to breathe... When I received my order (just a few minutes past promised time) the tempura deep fried avocado was cold but it is so good!! It was the first time I tried it and it's a possible temporary item. The habit is my go to whenever I want a quick bite. Cassidy and I stopped by the habit for a late dinner at around 9 ish. The ambiance inside is new and clean, it was only opened a couple of months ago. The staff is very friendly and patient. I like the fact that they also have a drive thru at this location so it makes it very convenient! We ordered a grilled chicken salad and a char burger with ketchup and mustard. The grilled chicken salad was fresh and came in a large portion, I am a fan. However they put way too much ketchup and mustard on the char burger. Had to scoop it out with a fork the old fashioned way. But overall, not bad. Easy squeeze on the sauce next time :) read more
