One of the most incompetent banking experiences I've ever had…read more I came to this TD Bank branch to stop unauthorized withdrawals and file a Regulation E dispute. The employee claimed it was handled. It wasn't. The dispute was filed incorrectly, the merchant was never blocked, and money continued to be taken from my account. I only discovered this after weeks of stress, repeated visits, and being told different stories by different employees. No accountability. No clear answers. No understanding of federal consumer protection rules. Their mistakes forced me to open a new account, file regulatory complaints, and waste an unbelievable amount of time fixing a problem THEY created. If you don't want your finances mishandled by people who clearly don't understand what they're doing, stay far away from this branch.

Plus, back in the day, they used to give out those classic green lollipops and pens - a small but memorable touch of nostalgia. I've got to give some love to this branch, especially because they came through for my parents in a big way. We had a rather big issue and the staff handled it with professionalism and care, resolving it in a way that really made a difference. For that, I'm giving them a solid 5/5. Thanks for the help, TD team!

I mean what can I type up about a bank ?! I come here…read moreeither to deposit/ withdraw or talk to a representative. But this place is very hands on with their Santander members, I remember I went to this ATM to take out money and when I got home I realized I left the debit card in the ATM machine. ): I immediately called customer service and they told me that the machine waits 5 minutes for the card to be taken if not the machine itself swallows the card and keeps it, So the next day I call this location to see if my card has been swallow by the ATM. The representative told me what my name was and from that point she found my card, so all I had to do is head over there with a photo ID and pick up my debit card. Which was a huge relief.

Their customer service here is very nice and I can honestly say I never had any issues with them. I needed small bills, but instead got large bills (My fault) I moaned (a bit too loudly) I was in a rush. All of a sudden one of the bank officers was by my side. I told him what had happened. Immediately he took care of the issue. My only regret was that I did not get his name. (He was in his 20's/30's) Now that is customer service!
