One of the most incompetent banking experiences I've ever had. I came to this TD Bank branch to stop unauthorized withdrawals and file a Regulation E dispute. The employee claimed it was handled. It wasn't. The dispute was filed incorrectly, the merchant was never blocked, and money continued to be taken from my account. I only discovered this after weeks of stress, repeated visits, and being told different stories by different employees. No accountability. No clear answers. No understanding of federal consumer protection rules. Their mistakes forced me to open a new account, file regulatory complaints, and waste an unbelievable amount of time fixing a problem THEY created. If you don't want your finances mishandled by people who clearly don't understand what they're doing, stay far away from this branch. read more

Reliable, consistent, and always there when I need it. Sure, the wait can feel a bit long at times, but hey, at least they've got seats to make the wait more bearable. Plus, back in the day, they used to give out those classic green lollipops and pens - a small but memorable touch of nostalgia. I've got to give some love to this branch, especially because they came through for my parents in a big way. We had a rather big issue and the staff handled it with professionalism and care, resolving it in a way that really made a difference. For that, I'm giving them a solid 5/5. I recently had to get a notary. Every time I went there was a sign that said no notary today. I made an appointment through the app. It was an early morning appointment. I went in and Wendy was able to see me fairly quickly. She helped me with what I needed, asked me if I had any other questions or concerns and made sure I was ok with my banking needs at TD. The advisor suggested I apply for a credit card I did not want and I got denied which affects my credit score. I have an excellent credit score and a lot of savings but not a consistent income as I am self employed. I am annoyed they pushed me to apply for this card and then denied me even though I am credit worthy, just don't have direct deposits/paystubs like someone with a 9-5. Seems pretty ridiculous to me and they should not have pushed me to apply. I will not bank here ever in the future. read more

We were at this location this past week. Despite trying, difficult circumstances - COVID-19 social distancing etc. - the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional at all times. We were so deeply impressed that my wife and I specifically called out how fantastic the employees were to my kids so they could learn a lesson in how no matter how tough the times get, you can still be kind. This TD bank is cool. I've always been a fan of TD bank as their customer service personnel are trained to actually be polite, which is beautiful at a time when banks are all about investing your money in risky ventures and less about providing you with decent services. The people at this branch are friendly enough, there is parking, and the police officers stationed nearby are really personable. They look like they have low turnover as far as employees go, compared the revolving doors of other bank, so they must be doing something right to keep the morale up. read more

THE WORST BANK EVER Worst costumer service I have ever received, what one says is different from others. My biggest mistake was to open a credit card with them because the branch manager lied to me that they have the best balance transfer for 4%, meanwhile all other banks had it lower then that, like Chase 2%, Bank of America 3%, etcetera. The craziest thing is that they do not have 0% APR for the first year of opening the credit card like every other credit card in the world. I have very good credit and the best they could do was 18%APR meanwhile the max others offered me was 12%APR. I don't want to write more about them and lose my time, but STAY AWAY FROM TD BANK. There were so many bad experiences with this bank that now I love and appreciate every other credit card and their costumer service, rates, quality, fees and everything else they offer that TD Bank does not. read more

I have visited this bank with my relatives. Great customer service, free coin counting machine, open extended hours and weekend, and no hidden fees. What more can you ask from a bank. Nice and friendly staff and extremely clean premises. I went to open an account and was helped within minutes. Got the application filled out and approved quickly. read more

I like this location far better than the one on 94th street and Northern. My only gripe is, often I come into this location and there is no line, tons of people behind the counter, but only one line open. Or they're involved in something behind the counter and you are stuck waiting. This was the instance today, but they were apologetic for the wait so customer service is never a problem. Last time in this location, I went out to the ATM because something similar was happening(so glad that there are two!)but when you have to do transactions that can't be handled at the ATM this wait time is annoying. To be fair, the line wasn't long and one person was helping a customer - but again, when you come into an empty bank and see so many people back there and you have to wait, it's a bit of a drag, especially if you're in a hurry. I really like TD Bank and the staff has always been very nice no matter which location I go to, even in different states, but if five people are behind the counter and only one line is open then people are going to get annoyed. read more

I have had so many negative encounters with this TD bank but I will only post two of my not so good encounters. As I rushed to enter the bank at about 1 minute before closing, some guy rushes to pull the door shut, "sorry we're closed" he tells me. I don't recall if it was 5:59 or 6:59PM. Nonetheless, I tried to make a cash deposit into the ATM machine, my $900.00 were swallowed up by the ATM and it was making noise for like 5 min so I knew something was wrong. Sure enough, the money never registered, and no receipt. So I tapped on the glass for assistance, and three of the employees signaled "we're closed" with the Axe to the neck motion. I then hit the glass harder and got the attention of what they consider "a manager". The guy looked dishevelled, but what stood out most was his teeth. They looked like those corroded Halloween teeth that you put over your own. They man comes to the door and says, were closed, turns his back on me and walks away. This time I banged on the glass with my metal motorcycle lock. The other Manager who I will call the sloth manager, seemed as though he was afraid of burning a few calories; he managed to walk to the door, and we repeated the cycle. I yelled I him, thru the door the ATM took my money and it didn't register, no receipt , nothing. The clown says, those are not our machines, come back tomorrow when we are open. While $900. is not the end of the world, I still felt unsure about leaving w/o a receipt or any kind of acknowledgement from the bank workers. It took three weeks for them to return my money. The next incident, I tried to make a withdrawal from my checking and they had no withdrawal slips at the counters. So after waiting on line 10 minutes I was called, "High how are you" Is the dumb greeting they use there. I'm like huh. I don't know you and your asking me how are you? Horney can you help me? I didn't say that but it's just a point. Anyway I tell her that there are no withdrawal slips. Here fill it out she says . I ask why don't they put them out there in order to save time. It's for your security she says. How so I ask? You have to fill it out in front of me. Oh okay, I fill it out give to her. She say's I need your bank card and your license. I say,why I filled it out in front of you. I still need the ID, she says. So I said, what is the point of filling this out in front of you? My protection is my bank card and my license, not the stupid time wasting TD bank policies. Their policies are ridiculous and a waste of time. On a positive note, good hours and free pens.
