The employee claimed it was handled. It wasn't. The dispute was filed incorrectly, the merchant was never blocked, and money continued to be taken from my account. I only discovered this after weeks of stress, repeated visits, and being told different stories by different employees. No accountability. No clear answers. No understanding of federal consumer protection rules. Their mistakes forced me to open a new account, file regulatory complaints, and waste an unbelievable amount of time fixing a problem THEY created. If you don't want your finances mishandled by people who clearly don't understand what they're doing, stay far away from this branch.

They do have plenty of ATM's with 3 main ATM's inside the actual bank which always saves me the time and usually they're pretty much empty since everyone is standing on the long line unfortunately. Their customer service here is very nice and I can honestly say I never had any issues with them. Also this bank used to have a drive thru but that has been closed for years and there's some parking spaces behind the bank as well as regular street parking.

(I shop in that shopping center & many times had used the ATM at Ridgewood) I was trying to withdraw some money from the cash machine. I needed small bills, but instead got large bills (My fault) I moaned (a bit too loudly) I was in a rush. All of a sudden one of the bank officers was by my side. I told him what had happened.
