The employee claimed it was handled. It wasn't. The dispute was filed incorrectly, the merchant was never blocked, and money continued to be taken from my account. I only discovered this after weeks of stress, repeated visits, and being told different stories by different employees. No accountability. No clear answers. No understanding of federal consumer protection rules. Their mistakes forced me to open a new account, file regulatory complaints, and waste an unbelievable amount of time fixing a problem THEY created. If you don't want your finances mishandled by people who clearly don't understand what they're doing, stay far away from this branch.

But this place is very hands on with their Santander members, I remember I went to this ATM to take out money and when I got home I realized I left the debit card in the ATM machine. ): I immediately called customer service and they told me that the machine waits 5 minutes for the card to be taken if not the machine itself swallows the card and keeps it, So the next day I call this location to see if my card has been swallow by the ATM. The representative told me what my name was and from that point she found my card, so all I had to do is head over there with a photo ID and pick up my debit card. Which was a huge relief.

Also this bank used to have a drive thru but that has been closed for years and there's some parking spaces behind the bank as well as regular street parking.

(I shop in that shopping center & many times had used the ATM at Ridgewood) I was trying to withdraw some money from the cash machine. I needed small bills, but instead got large bills (My fault) I moaned (a bit too loudly) I was in a rush. All of a sudden one of the bank officers was by my side. I told him what had happened.
