It's possible you could get a panicked phone call from a salesman after you thought you signed everything and have been driving your new vehicle for a week, to find out you need to sign more papers and your payment has gone up $200. But rest assured the sales manager will come over and pretend that he has some pull at FCA and tried "every favor they owe me" and then tell you it's out of his hands. I will never come back. And I will tell everyone I know to go to Klaben just down the road in Kent. read more

I bought a vehicle from here and it was the worst decision I ever made. I have a wife and 2 kids and this car was for my wife and we wanted a decent car that was safe for the kids. When we got there, I asked the salesman Geno if there was anything wrong with this vehicle as my kids will be in it and I want a safe and reliable car for them and my wife. He stated numerous times the car was fine and there were no issues whatsoever. About a week into driving the tpms sensor comes on, then about another week later the check engine light comes on. Long story short I have owned the car and been paying on it for 7 months and they have been working on figuring out the problem for a total of 4 MONTHS! They have replaced numerous parts and said 3 separate times the car is fixed, I get the car back and all the lights come on not even 10 minutes into my drive back home from the shop. One of the times it lasted longer and the next day my wife was driving the vehicle to work and all of a sudden, the engine light pops on and THE CAR SHUTS OFF WHILE SHE IS DRIVING. She almost got into an accident and they don't seem to care one bit. Also instead of replacing the fuel injectors, they just cleaned them along with the throttle body even though the engine code was saying to replace the fuel injectors and throttle body. They refuse to send me car facts, the services preformed and the pre-sale inspection on the vehicle. Their communication is absolutely terrible and never call me with updates. I have to call them and not just once, multiple times before I even get someone to answer the phone. I asked them for my money back or even to just transfer the loan to a different car and they WILL NOT work with me at all. They sold me a lemon and misrepresented the condition of the car. This place is absolutely pathetic and I recommend people never go here. They are sleazy people who don't care what garbage they sell you, as long as it screws you over and they make money. They do not stand by their inventory and it is a mystery how they are even still operating. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I was sold a a lemon of a car by Geno. I took it in for brakes services and have been having issues with them ever since. Not only was I sold a bad car, but Geno still calls me every few weeks asking to buy my car back from me. Well, Geno, I moved across the country and find it very insulting that after telling you in person that I wish to keep my car you continue to harass me via voicemail. Maybe if my brakes worked, I'd be able to drive it to you and get my money back. Do not trust car salesman or mechanics to do what's right. read more

I drove all the way from Pittsburgh to Haasz to purchase a Jeep Wrangler, which staff there told me was in stock. They reached out to me multiple times asking if I was still coming to my scheduled appointment and told me how clean the vehicle was. I arrived and the sales person went to get the keys so I could take it for a test drive, and he came back and told me that the vehicle was NOT available. He apologized and I drove two more hours back to Pittsburgh. Needless to say, I am not happy! Customer service there definitely needs to be addressed. read more

Ok, I deleted my previous review. Yes I did have a couple of issues. I don't think it was one particular person. With the holidays, and even some miss communication. Run away and hold on to your wallet. I walked in the door and was greeted by a young man who was attempting to dress nice. He attempted to shake my hand but noticing his unzipped pants and it being a COVID world something said those hands don't get washed. I quickly looked around and saw and older gentleman seated at his desk and said that I was looking for him. He didn't miss a beat and welcomed me back. It was my first time there so I knew this guy was well versed in BS. His name was Jeff. Long story short we find the vehicle I wanted and it was at another dealership. Jeff got a sell sheet from the Manager and all seemed good. Jeff said he would let me know when they would have the vehicle and close the deal. I didn't hear from him! So I started looking again at other dealerships. He called back and I came back in. They changed the length of the loan term and swore that even though I had it printed out on a document provided by them, I was wrong. We haggled more and came up with a new deal. We wrote the VIN number of the vehicle on the quote and again had a deal. This was on a Saturday afternoon. I was told they would have the vehicle on Wednesday or Thursday of that week. Jeff did provide follow up. Such as "Called the other dealership and waiting to hear back". Then, "Waiting for the dealership to tell us to come and get it then I will send all info to you sorry for the delay". I had left my schedule open on both Wednesday and Thursday afternoons to close this deal. Jeff then tells me they are getting a different vehicle but it's the exact same MSRP and specs. Something felt wrong and I asked him to send the window sticker. They wouldn't. Here is where the fun starts. Friday they send a window sticker for a vehicle at a lower MSRP by a few thousand dollars and fewer features. They lower their payment by $5 (same term) and then try the hard push of "this is the best deal you will find on this vehicle and its the only one like it around". RAM trucks look good and have a lot more features per dollar then the other brands. I know that "look" is an option. But my point is that RAM dealerships are pretty scummy to deal with. As a brand I would look elsewhere just to not have to go through the experience I did at HAAZ. Often times this sort of treatment of customers starts at the top levels of a company and employees follow by example. Buying a vehicle is one of your biggest purchases. You shouldn't have to feel like you are getting scammed. In closing look at how run down the HAAZ Automall building and show room is. The customer waiting room is beat. The bathrooms are grimy. No vehicles have window stickers. The COVID barriers at the mangers desk barely cover enough to block any germs. The manager Andy doesn't wear a mask. In the corner of the mangers office area there was a kid that drawing on the desk and looks stoned out of his mind. He was sleeping when I first arrived. I'm sure that the HAAZ team will try and present another version of reality. I had a body cam, took pictures, and saved everything. I am putting up a new YouTube channel with everything and will post a link. Run as fast as you can away! #haazautomall read more

I had the best experience with buying my car. My salesman Mike Teeter was AMAZING! He went above and beyond on finding the car I wanted and getting my car processed. I was searching for the new grand Cherokee L Summit. On June 8, 2022 I found this listing (see picture) and quickly called to inquire and schedule a time to see it and test drive. The listing didn't have any pictures because it said they just got it in. I spoke with Kerri and scheduled a time to meet her and test drive the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership (after confirming the vehicle was there and scheduled a time) Kerri was nowhere to be found. Someone else helped me. I asked to see that vehicle and the gentlemen helping me acted like that was the car he was pulling up for me. When he pulled the car up it was not the New Grand Cherokee L Summit, it was a New Grand Cherokee Limited (smaller SUV without 3rd row). I questioned him and he said that the Summit L he thinks was sold and he doesn't have one. I was extremely annoyed since I confirmed that morning that I would be in to see it. They never had this vehicle and still don't. I called a few weeks later to share my experience with management at the dealership and was blown off. This is textbook bait and switch. Be aware! I ended up purchasing my new vehicle from Ganley in Aurora and had a wonderful experience. No lies, no games. Haasz lost out on a sale because of the way they conduct business. As of today, July 26, 2022 the same listing with no pictures is STILL ON THE WEBSITE. This is a horrible way to do business and I have shared my experience with others. I will never recommend this dealership. BUYER BE AWARE! read more

Honestly, I've purchased two vehicles from Haasz and will never do it again. Both the Ravenna and Dalton locations are the same. They have way overcharged me on vehicles that are full of issues and given me warranties that don't really cover anything. The company as a whole is greedy and sleazy. Not to mention, the customer service really isn't that great and the Dalton branch pretty much never wears masks. I've given Haasz one too many chances and I don't recommend anyone getting a vehicle or doing business with them. read more

Beware this dealership. I will never buy another vehicle there. It all started out innocent enough. Went there to look at a truck listed on cars.com. Ended up speaking with Jeff Bender. Seemed like a nice enough guy. Friendly and funny. Even made a joke about signing a paper about if I wasn't happy. Said I could get a lawyer and he would call his daughter who is a lawyer. And I would lose because I signed the paper. This should have been the first red flag. Told him I had trade, and how much I was looking to pay each month. Long story short. They came in at $525/month. I asked if it was 72 months. He said yes. We then discussed having a spray in bed liner added for $500. We discussed how the would add about $10/month for a total of $720 over the 72 months. I said that is about 50% premium to add that and declined bed liner. He joked and said no only about 45% Anyway, doing the math in my head. $525/month for 72 months comes out to about $38,000. Truck I purchased was almost $33,000 after ttl. So the math added up. I agreed to purchase the truck. Came back to do paperwork. Was rushed through the process of signing papers. As we were finishing paperwork I saw the one saying I would be paying $525/month for 84 months. Now my $33,000 truck is going to cost me over $44,000. When I questioned this I was told you signed the papers agreeing to it. Takes me back to Jeff Bender and his lawyer joke. After looking at my paperwork. The truck they gave me $7,400 for was added to the cost. So they get my truck for free. Add that cost to my loan. Then sell my ford for 100% profit. Basically stealing my truck. I said I would be better off keeping the truck and financing without the trade. Basically told too bad. In closing, my life time power train warranty, if I do all service there. Which is probably a lie. Will end up being voided because I will not go there again. Hopefully going to another Ram dealership for service will at least keep factory warranty good. Wish Waikem had Ram dealership. I had bought my last 3 cars with them and was extremely happy with the way they treated me and the way they explained everything before having me sign papers. This is just a friendly reminder to anyone thinking of going to Haasz auto mall in Ravenna. read more

I had seen online that they had 2 new black Grand Cherokee L's for sale. I had talked to them on a Tuesday and said I'd like to come up Saturday and look at them. I live 1 hour and 10 minutes away. So Friday at 4:30 pm I messaged the guy I had talked with and made sure that both of the vehicles were there so I wouldn't waste my time. He said they were both there. Saturday morning I get a text to confirm my appointment and I confirmed it. We get there and come to find out that both the vehicles are not there and are in the body shop with front end damage and the other had scratches down the side due to the owners family driving them. I ended up test driving one and it was "new" one but it was so filthy inside. And had a bad shake from when you brakes. Then since they didn't have the ones I had wanted they tried to sell me a different one but it wasn't the color I wanted. We looked at it and the "new" car was just as dirty as the other with mud and dirt on the floor. I have 4 kids and our suv isn't that dirty especially since it was new. We told the salesman about and she just said that they'll clean it and the owner, his family and the GM drive them. Well they definitely drive them and don't take care of them. I'll never recommend this car lot. It was a complete waste of my time. I was going to buy one and pay cash. They don't care if they don't have the vehicle. They just want you in the door and think they have you cornered. Never going to buy from them. read more

Really bad customer service. Tried to buy a car. Had to search for a salesperson. After we found one, one of his first questions was "Cash or finance?" We had barely even seen the outside of the car, let alone seen the inside or driven it. He kept asking weird questions that we already answered a couple times. At one point, he broke into a British accent. No idea why. Then he called someone and quoted us a purchase price would be about $30-40 monthly than a lease price. When he got back to us, the actual price was about $170 more per month for purchase vs lease. There were other things, but this should be enough to represent what we went through. read more

Recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Haasz Automall. Drove all the way here from Akron because they promised to find the exact Durango that I wanted - even if from another out of state dealership - and they delivered. Ask for Adam Gordan to be your sales rep when you arrive. He was very prompt, professional, and I felt like he genuinely had my best interests in mind as we worked through the process. We did not finance through the dealership, so I cannot speak to that side of the house, but in briefly meeting the Finance Officer to finalize the deal, he was cordial and professional too. I would definitely go back for next auto purchase if I need to find "just the right car". read more

I had a very unpleasant purchase experience at Haazs Automall in Ravena to which I posted a review a couple of days ago. A representative of Haazs contacted me to discuss my review. A lengthy 30 minute conversation ensued and we discussed in detail my purchase experience. With that said allow me to inform the reader that at no time was it suggested by Haazs that if I changed my review I would receive any type of compensation, nor is it my intention to gain any type of compensation. As I said we had a lengthy conversation about my experience, and I was assured that it would be used to better train the staff, and improve customer service from this moment on....I guess, you really have to appreciate a company that will admit it's faults, and move toward improvement. Will I purchase another vehicle at Haazs? honestly I could not answer that at this time, Do I wish them the best? Certainly. read more

I could've bought my $60,000 2019 truck anywhere, unfortunately I bought it here. There is a reason at the time of this post 51 reviews are not recommended, this isn't just a lousy car dealership, it's one of the worst new car dealerships In Ohio. It's ok though it won't happen again. My favorite part of dealing with the mind numbing moronic kid-salesman was where he was either too dumb to notice the paperwork had changed from under him, or not ballsy enough to admit it. I also loved having to argue with a kid who makes in a year what I make in a week about my decision to put a 10k down payment on a credit card (to hit a spend bonus that netted me airline miles). If those little extras sound fun, this is the place for you. Also love that the scumbags put a stupid advertisement permanently on my brand new truck for their hillbilly store without asking, it's worked out ok because anyone who has asked I've told them not to buy here and actually took a stack of cards from another Ram dealership last time I had my truck serviced to hand out when people ask. read more

I went to see about purchasing a vehicle while being "pre approved". Speaking to the lady on the phone I was ensured I would be able to be approved for what I want. I asked to not waste my time as I needed to not be there all day. When I arrived I was greeted by a salesman named John Reed. I felt he didn't listen to a word I said about anything during this experience. When asking to get a truck I was pushed into saying I need a cosigner which I informed him at the beginning I didn't have. I asked to see how much down was needed for the truck and he ignored me. First off I'd like to say that John Reed is very nice and attempted to be extremely helpful. I don't think he was responsible for the awful service I received from their shady finance person or Bob the internet sales person. I was only referred to John after arriving at the dealership. I live over an hour a way and scheduled a time with the internet sales person to come look at a silver bmw suv. I advised that I was on my way out and upon arriving asked for the internet sales person (Bob) as I was instructed to do. I was referred to another salesman who promptly told me the car was not on the lot but may be at their other lot. After going to the other lot he came back and informed me that one of the managers had the car that I had made an appointment to see and he had no idea when he would be back. I expressed my frustration but we agreed to go over the numbers at that time in case I liked the car and chose to purchase it when it came back. Based on my trade-in, the price of the car and current interest rates I knew approximately what my payment would be (380-400 per month). The salesman went the finance manager and came back with a payment 500 per month for the term I requested. My career is in finance so I questioned the salesman on the payment amount and asked what interest rate they were using. His response was "around 6 percent" even though I knew by the numbers that it was actually around 12. I have a credit score in the 700's which they knew after pulling my credit so there is absolutely no reason my rate should be "around 6 percent" let alone 12 percent. I told him a 6 percent rate would be a payment of about 450. I told him the numbers weren't adding up and he replied that the finance guy was new and he would have him re-run the numbers. He then asked if a payment of 450 would be enough for me to buy the car. I replied that I hadn't even seen the car and that 450 would not be low enough. The salesman came back a few minutes later and said the finance guy made a mistake and the payment would actually be...450. Wow what a surprise! At that point I told him I drove over an hour, to stop screwing around and tell the finance guy to give me a rate that is in line with what I should be getting. He came back a few minutes later with a rate of 3.8. Now that they were done trying to screw me on the rate I was told that they would have the car all detailed and ready the following morning so I could come out and drive it. This of course would require another drive of over an hour each way but I did agree. I left the dealership and received a call about 10 minutes later while I was eating at McDonalds and was told the manager called and the vehicle would be back in 30 minutes. I finished eating, drove back to the dealership and waited almost an hour before the car came back. I am a color blind so it is hard for me to see certain shades but when I finally saw the car in person parked near my silver car I could clearly see it was not silver. The car was actually a champagne/gold color that is usually found on cars that older people drive. I drove the car and it was nice and exactly what I wanted with the exception of the color. Just an overall bad experience. Car was not there even though the knew I was coming out. Spent over 4 hours at dealership, finance guy tried ripping me off twice as if I had a 500 credit score. They don't even know what color their own car is. There are far too many car dealerships out there to deal with these people. STAY AWAY! read more

Saw add for Ram 1500 lease for $995 down/$285 month on TV. Followed up with an online search and the website confirmed the deal was still on and showed 4 vehicles available, 2 red 2 white ram 1500 pickups. this was on Sunday 11/21. The dealership was not open on Sunday so I contacted the website chat service on Monday around 9:30 AM (the sales dept opens at 9AM). Veronica (chat rep) says 2 are still available so i copy and paste the stock number of the truck I liked and she confirmed it was there. She made an appt for me at 10:30 AM. Got there at arranged time to have a salesman greet my wife and I at the door and bring us to his cubicle. He fed my name into his computer and asked how he could help today. I mentioned the lease deal that was being offered and he told me the vehicles associated with that advertised deal were all sold. (SOUNDS LIKE BAIT AND SWITCH TO ME) the salesman then offered other trucks at prices starting at over $100 per month more. At that time we both decided it was some kind of hustle and left the dealership. When I arrived home there was an email timestamped 10:07 asking me to come in to check out the deal available trucks. Does this type of dealership deserve any business? NOT MINE. read more

I spent 25k on a car at Haasz. The car was not ready when it was supposed to be. Which is fine, because they were doing a full inspection because they want to make sure everything is like brand new. When we picked up the car, it's been nothing but problems. First, the brakes are grinding horribly. I have them on video telling me that it's normal. I'll be uploading that to YouTube. Then, I was getting a terrible vibrating in eco mode from the exhaust hanging. That was covered under warranty. But after they "fixed" that, they broke another bracket. They then charged me 300 bucks because that wasn't under warranty. Car went back in same day as I picked it up. Tire was losing air. Asked them to plug it. They couldn't because the tires were dry rotted. Why would they sell me a car for 25k with dry rotted tires. And the se Brice department was an absolute joke. Even the sales team thinks so. Our sales man was very nice. But thank you to the service department for ripping me off. read more
