They got back to me the same day upon inspection and found my car was in need of a new ball joint. They helped me get back on the road quickly, are fair priced and did not try to sell me the unnecessary extras like so many mechanics often do. Also, their Napa guarantee makes me feel safe knowing I have guaranteed parts and replacement anywhere on the road especially in my older vehicle. I will be coming back for any future repair needs and highly recommend to my family and friends.

Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.
